We stayed here for 2 nights with our 4 year old son.
The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from 3 different metro stations, connecting you to 2 different lines.
It's a new hotel with lovely beautifully decorated rooms, the rooms are not large but were spacious enough for the three of us, very comfortable beds and beautifully decorated bathrooms with L'Occitone toiletries.
The staff were friendly and the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes 24/7 at the lobby were a nice touch.
The breakfast was expensive at €14/person hence we ate at little boulageries outside. The only downside was that we couldn't really find nice patisserie/boulangeries close-by and had to walk 10-15 minutes to get to one. There are some bakeries on the street, but not with the option of sitting down and enjoying your coffee "sur place".
We'd certainly stay here again if we visited Paris.

service: check in time is listed at 3pm, though we had to waited more than a half hour for our first room, and hours for our second room. the receptionist had an attitude when we asked if our rooms were ready, despite it being past 3pm.

rooms: good size rooms for paris. bathroom products are L'Occitane. bathroom has good shower.

amenities: small gym, free coffee& tea in the lobby.

location: on a quiet street. near the metro (3min walk).

This is a very nice hotel, all the staff was great. If you want a taste of Paris go to hotel fabric, would recommend to anyone. The rooms were very clean and most of all l liked the rain head shower and heated towel racks. The metro is a block away and easy access to anywhere in Paris.

I'd like to start by saying what a lovely boutique hotel this is! The decor, the location, and the staff of this hotel are top notch, and I'd gladly stay here again in a heartbeat! For 6 nights we stayed in a Deluxe Room during the beginning of October. Hotel Fabric is tucked between the 3rd & 11th Arrondissements of Paris, very close to the Le Marais & Republique neighborhoods. The closest Metro station is the Saint-Ambroise station located on the corner of Rue Saint-Sebastien and Blvd. Voltaire....from here all of Paris is an easy metro ride away! The lobby of Hotel Fabric is modern but elegant, and very cozy where complimentary coffee, tea, and water are offered. The lobby is also where they serve breakfast, and while we did not try the breakfast it did look nice (tip: there are plenty of patisseries & boulangeries near the hotel that offer great breakfast/lunch options!). The deluxe room was quite large by European standards, and appointed with a queen size bed, and a modern bathroom with a glass-enclosed stand-up rain shower. The bathroom was stocked with L'Occitane toiletries. Our room was decorated in a lovely chartreuse and grey color scheme, and our window overlooked a quaint courtyard. Our quality of sleep was very good, and we never heard noise from the courtyard or the hallway. Everyday the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping our room tidy and clean! I'd also like to say what an amazing job the front-desk staff did to make our stay in Paris a memorable one, and our sincerest gratitude goes to Sarah and Pablo who went above and beyond in helping us acquire our metro tickets and various restaurant reservations. (tip: Le Chateaubriand is a short walk away, and we highly recommend dinner here, it was an amazing experience!). Hotel Fabric is a fantastic hotel, and I can definitely foresee it fast becoming Paris' new hip place to stay. Thank you so much, Hotel Fabric for a lovely stay in Paris -- we're looking forward to our return!

Fab hotel, good location to most things, walked home in eve from bars and canal at micheals (eat at Mems!). Staff lovely v friendly and 24hr concierge. Room very nicely done and loccitane products to greet you. Downstairs lobby is nicer than most coffee shops i go to and free tea coffee and little cakes. Not cheap but you won't be disappointed with its high standard.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute because we missed our flight and had to spend an extra night in Paris. For roughly USD 200 -- it was a pretty nice hotel. However, I would not pay more than that.

Location: The oberkampf metro station is nearby, 3 to 4 minute walk.

Room: We were told we were upgraded to a Club room -- it didn't feel like an extra big room with any special features. It was a nice and adequate room. The room was pretty bare. Bed, narrow desk (wide enough for a big ipad), 1 chair, coffee table, flat screen TV, cupboard, safe. There's only about 5 or so rooms to a floor. One elevator.

Bed was nice. Better than 3 star hotels with springy beds -- but not as plush as a W bed / Westin Heavenly / etc.

Bathrooms were modern -- grohe rain dance shower heads. Good water pressure.

Noise: The only negative about the room was the windows. The non-insulated single pane windows. I can't imagine how cold it would be in the winter (although there is a heater)! However, it was pretty hot when we were there -- and we turned down the AC -- but it didn't seem to cool the room down. There were thick curtains though. However, the thick curtains could not silence the road/street noise. At around 6am/7am -- there were people moving their cars and probably a garbage truck that came by making clinking and clanking noises. It was not a peaceful morning. By 8 am -- you could hear people walking around outside chatting away. (Otherwise, the street is not that busy -- it's just the morning noise that bugged our sleep.)

Services: Free internet. And free coffee/hot drinks, madeleines from 11am. Breakfast was somewhere between 15 and 19 euros -- and it was not worth it. It wasn't bad -- but the selection was very basic. The check-in staff was very nice and accomodating.

Delayed check in: Although, we checked in at around 2:30PM and had to wait till 3:20 to get 1 of our 2 rooms. (Check in is listed on their website at 3PM) We got our 2nd room way later. I was not too happy about that -- especially when hotels aren't shy about asking us to check out on time.

Would I stay here again? Probably, unless I find a place in a better location.

Room Tip: Try to get a room that doesn't face the street (not sure if they have any) if you're a light...

This brand new hotel is built in an old textile factory. The lobby has a very old/new chic decor. Every room is a bit different and they have left a lot of the original architectural elements intact. In fact check the stairways to really get a feel for this.
Everyone in the hotel was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were wonderful, beds comfortable and showers to die for.

Check it out!
