One of the best meals I had in Paris in a long time. This place reminded me what's it like to be well treated by people who love what they do! The menu depends on what the chef finds in the market so it changes every day. We chose a Red Moulis ( superb!) We had 2 starters with poached egg and foie gras and a slightly smoked salmon for main course. We finished the dinner with a desert with chestnut . Will definitely go back again!
