“Liquid bread :-)”
Reviewed March 3, 2014

We find this bar yesterday evening near the station Saint-Maur. We were thirsty and this is a very good place if you're thirsty and like beers. Countless kind of beer and lovely place. Staff were polite and the mood was pleasant. We'll return!

“Mecca for every beer lover!”
Reviewed February 16, 2014

Small and cosy beer bar in a heart of Paris. Great selection of beers - beer menu changes every week or two so you will never get bored! Once you get hungry (and I guarantee you will) a home made food is served at a reasonable price. Be careful though, as beers are not the cheapest ones and quite strong, so once you start drinking, you may end up quite drank and quite skinned. Credit cards accepted for payments starting from EUR 10,00. Gets crowded in the evenings.

“What a great place... nothing wrong”
Reviewed December 10, 2013

Being a Brit living in France for 'good', I have always been a bit frustrated by the narrow range of beers available in general here, and have hungered for a good pub/bar with interesting ales...

I found La Fine Mousse through facebook, and when a beery Englishman came to visit, we went. From the first step inside, everything was great.

We visited on a Monday night, and by about 7pm the place was rocking with 20-somethings (me being 40-something!), with live Jazzmanouche music. The food consisted of 'plates' of either cheeses / meats or mixed - i.e. perfect with beers.

The beers were a great selection of around 25 cask beers from around the world (US, Ger, Fr, UK and Be), including some of the world's best.

In short, we had a fantastic night out and the staff at La Fine Mousse helped us to take a great adventure in the world of gourmet beers!

“Craft beer gem in Paris”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

While we spent some time on our first trip to Paris, we aimed to hit up a few craft beer spots in the area. La Fine Mousse was one of these, and it was great. We went in January, and strolled up on a cool rainy evening to catch a few beers. After trecking there, it was great to step out of the rain, get into a stool at the bar and unwind with a few nice beers.

They have a great relaxing setup, at least on the night we went, where it was quiet enough so you could have a decent conversation without too much noise. The beers, there were a LOT of them for a Parisian beer bar, and the focus is on serving a quality product. You can get your beer in various size pours, so you can really try a good variety of beers on pressure in a single night. Also they have other spirits that you can have but we didn't get to adventure to those this time.

Totally will go back here whenever we're lucky to return to Paris.
