We stayed in two different rooms. The bottom-price room was just fine; big enough for two by Paris standards, and included a computer desk. The next-rate-up room was a feet feet bigger and had more closet and shower space but lacked the desk, so we actually preferred the cheaper room. Both were designed with very modern taste and were clean and newish. Best of all is the location which allows an easy walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and Pantheon.

Prepaid the room through Expedia and I believe the price was quite reasonable. Travelled with my niece and so got the room with twin beds. The beds and pillows were very comfy and the curtains blacked out all light. Our room faced the street and we had a balcony. Surprisingly, the room was very quiet.

Location was super convenient and only a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station (Line 10, Maubert Mutualite stop). A very short walk to the busy section of the Latin Quarter and also to Notre Dame. I felt safe in this area and comfortable taking the metro and walking to/from the station even after midnight.

We didn't get a chance to have breakfast at the hotel but did take advantage of the yummy boulangerie maybe less than a block away (can't remember the name of the place, but it is on Rue des Ecoles headed west (towards Rue St Jacques), and next to the camping store).

Front desk staff are fluent in English and helpful. The nice lady at the front desk recommended a place for lunch over by Notre Dame and it was superb....a place called Le Petit Chatelet. Desserts there are not to be missed.

The ONLY thing I would have done differently would have been to pass on one of the clerk's suggestion to take a shuttle to the airport for our return flight. Shuttle arrived on time and got us to the airport on time but, as should be expected with a shuttle, made a few stops to jam in as many passengers as possible. The driver was very aggressive and, um, exchanged words with other drivers. Not the most pleasant way to end the trip, but was more economical than a cab. If I had to do it again, I'd have just taken the RER. Again, no reflection on the hotel though.

I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel location was very convenient, only a couple of blocks from Notre Dame and just over one block from the nearest metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The room was quite small but comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The view over the street was also quite nice.

Breakfast also had a range of delicious options and was very good value.

This trip was a birthday celebration and booked as a surprise. We had two rooms, one deluxe on the 4th floor which overlooked the courtyard, and one on 5th floor overlooking the roadway. I must say that the deluxe room was not worth the extra money paid compared to the 5th floor room. However, the beds in both rooms were very comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. There is also a massage bed which is free to use and wonderful at the end of a long day. A perfectly situated hotel for visiting the amazing sights in Paris.

Room Tip: Our room 152 was front facing, with a balcony, and perfect for a few days.

The location is good and the room was nice (can debate if you like the colors or not), but the place does not fit for two people. You even do not have a place to hold two towels in the bathroom.
There is a business room and a gym which you cannot find in most of the hotels in this level in Paris which makes my total points higher.

The room was comfortable with a very comfortable bed. It was good to have a kettle and tea and coffee provided. I had the small breakfast a couple of times and it was fresh. I found the staff very friendly and welcoming. It was an easy walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, luxembourg Gardens, jardin des Plantes and the Pantheon. The Cluny Musum up the road should not be missed. It is very soundproof and the air conditioning works well.

Nice hotel, the positive reviews are accurate, but I realized that I like more services and amenities than they offer -- so I would stay at a different hotel next time for this reason. Stayed in the room that was decorated whimsically (colorful wallpaper(s) - very well done). Nice to have tea kettle in room for tea. Cafes just outside the hotel had really average food (which has not been the norm when we have stayed in Paris)... needed to go out of our hotel's immediate neighborhood to get better fare.
