After several nights of French food we were in the mood for something different and Bistrot Bassano was just the ticket! We shared a Greek salad, some tzatziki, szakaszai (meatballs with orzo) and lamb/pork skewers. Too much food but all so great! (Would've skipped the skewer next time but the rest are must haves!) The gentleman who served us (maybe the owner?) was lovely, kind and Greek, which probably explains the amazing food. The house red wine is great. The room is small - about a dozen tables and only 4 tables filled while we were there. Casual and comfortable like a neighborhood restaurant should be. It's in a bit of an office area so more lunch than dinner activity he said. We've eaten Greek food all over the world including Greece and we highly recommend Bistrot Bassano.
