I just stayed here at the Passy Eiffel Hotel for a long weekend with my daughter. It is a very well run hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The twin room was a good size, as was the bathroom and it was spotless. The air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature. The beds were very comfy. We had the breakfast one morning and was adequate. The surrounding area is lovely with plenty of shops and a small selection of restaurants. It is a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the Eiffel Tower and only a few minutes walk to and from the Metro. I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Our second floor bedroom at the front had a lovely view of the top of the Eiffel Tower!

Dear Guest,

Thank you so much for taking time to post such a nice comment.

The whole team is very glad you appreciated your stay with us, their help and care of the cleanliness of the room. We are doing our utmost to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The air conditioning was very helpful this year, finally temperatures were very high this summer.

We are glad you enjoyed the location as much as we do! It is such a pleasure to work in this area…

All the important places easily accessible…

Awaiting to welcome you again

With our very best regards from Paris

Myself and 2 colleauges just spent 2 nights at the Hotel Passy Eiffel. We had an excellent stay. We found the room to be very clean and the bathroom had clearly been updated fairly recently. We didn't have a tub, but the shower was very room and well appointed. The "secret garden" was a lovely spot for a late night glass of wine before retiring. We easily walked to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. The woman at the front desk could not have been any nicer. She went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. If I ever get the chance I will definitely stay here again.

What a pleasant review and such a nice grade! Thank you very much for it.

It is a pleasure to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us.

Our ‘’secret garden’’ is an island of calm in the hustle and bustle of Paris and appreciable after a whole day of sightseeing and before a well deserved rest! .

We hope to have the chance to welcome you again.

Our warmest regards from Paris.

Just returned from 3 days in Paris staying at the Effiel Passy. The hotel is literally 3 mins walk from the metro line. We flew into CDG and got the RER B to Chatelet de Halles were we changed to the RER A to CDG etoile station. There you can transfer to the metro line to Passy station. 9.50 euro with your RER ticket getting you on the metro for free.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, it certainly looked like it has recently been given a face lift. We stayed in room 43 overlooking the Rue de Passy with a view of the Eiffel Tower when u leaned out the window. The room was of ample size with a small flat screen TV and minibar. The bathroom had been completely replaced and free toiletries were left for guests. Our only complaint with the room would be that the bed was a tad uncomfortable. Air con was available.

We booked via Expedia and received free breakfasts on each of our 3 mornings. There are pastry shops, deli's, wine shops and a monoprix (supermarket) within a few minutes walk of the hotel along with some nice shops. The hotel was about 5 mins walk to the trochadoro and about 7 mins to the Effiel tower and Batobus (water bus on the Seine). All in all this is a fab hotel in a great location. We will most certainly stay there again when we return to Paris.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the Rue to Passy have a view of the Eiffel tower.

Dear guest,

Thank you very much for your kind comments.

We are glad to hear that you found easily an inexpensive way to arrive to the hotel.

You are right, this year also we have renovated some of our bedrooms and bathrooms.
It seems that you appreciated. Some of our rooms have a view on Passy Street from
which you can see a part of Eiffel tower (the top of it).

It is a good thing you have discovered our neighborhood shops and most of the
surroundings sights.

We look forward to welcoming you on your next stay.

With our best Parisian regards.

The Passy Eiffel hotel is a cosy little hotel in the 16e arrondissement, just a short stroll from the Palais de Chaillot/ Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has a nice lounge with free internet access and a printer, which is helpful when buying tickets for tourist attractions online. There is also a beautiful, quiet backyard/garden/patio with table and chairs. Friendly staff.
No huge complaints, but there were some strange drawbacks that should be easy to change: Room was relatively clean, but the woolen/acrylic "blanket-on-top-of-a-bedsheet" (instead of duvet) was stained, and this blanket was not changed all week (the bedsheets were changed every day, however). The chairs in the room were stained and one of them was badly frayed. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The downlight in the shower kept switching itself off and on, and the water temperature in the shower had a will of its own (Cold!- lukewarm- comfortable- scolding!- freezing!- lukewarm etc.)
Breakfast is not included, but available at an extra cost. I looked in one morning, but it seemed overpriced for what was offered. I decided to go to the boulangerie next door and to the Monoprix (groceries ++) just down the street instead. Bakeries, cafes, bars, sushi-shops and wine merchants nearby. Nice shops on Rue de Passy (clothes, accessories, shoes, cosmetics).
Passy Metro-station is a 3 minutes walk away. Bicycles for hire just across the street.

Lift to 5th floor only, stairs between 5th and 6th floor. Ask for a room facing the backyard, as the Rue de Passy is rather busy.

Stayed for 6 nights in early August 2013, for a family wedding.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the backyard, as the Rue de Passy (and the nearby roundabout) is busy and nois...

We wanted to stay in this neigbourhood as we used to live there for a couple of years. The hotel was recently renovated , and still is room by room but that did not bother us. Hotel is located close to a metro stop Passy and across from the bus stop. Rooms are typical Paris way small but very convenient. A complete bathroom and also AC which was good as for a few days it was very hot in Paris. We used the bus from there to visit many spots in Paris but also visited some close by restaurants which I have reviewed already. All in all a good place to stay.

Surprise trip arranged by my (now) finacee. Flew with Ryanair to Beauvais. Took shuttle bus for €16 each. We walked to the hotel from the shuttle bus stop which took around 20 minutes. Probably better to take Le Metro (€1.70) to Passy which is really easy if a little daunting first time. Booked the hotel with booking.com for £436 for 3 nights.

This is a 3 star hotel so I feel this is very expensive but you pay for the location and, in our case, the view. We were expecting a room overlooking the courtyard but we requested a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We never heard anything back so expected just the court yard room but got the Eiffel Tower view.

The receptionist was friendly. We took the tiny elevator to the third floor, room 33. The room was small but adequate. Décor was modern and fresh. The bathroom looked brand new with an excellent shower and small bath. There was shampoo, soap, shower cap and shoe cleaner. The one thing we did not bring was toothpaste and this is what they did not provide. We bought some from the pharmacy next door to the hotel.Plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable dressed with sheet, blanket and bedspread. There was a small flat screen TV on the wall and an expensive mini bar.Double window doors open up to the 'balcony' looking out onto the busy street below, turn to the left to see a decent view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which made it very special. The weekend we spent in Paris was very hot. The air con in the room only went as low as 19° and no where near adequate enough to cool the room down. This meant sleeping with no covers on.

We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it cost €14 each, which is insane! We did order room service on one evening. We ordered a club sandwich between us as it cost €16. Assuming it would be a substantial sandwich for this amount of money we were greatly disappointed when it showed up over an hour later. It was one of the smallest sandwich's I have ever seen and it turns out it was ordered in and not even made on site. Unfortunately this really annoyed me. I think charging your customers prices like that for very bad food is disgraceful!

Location seemed excellent, however this was my first visit to Paris, so other areas may be better but with le metro just around the corner it was very easy to get around. The Eiffel Tower is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If you plan to go up the tower, book on-line at least the day before to skip the massive queue for tickets. We would have liked to have had dinner in the tower but it was booked up over a week in advance. Lunch in the tower seems good value at around €20 each but this was booked up over 2 weeks in advance. There are some café's and restaurants around the hotel, all very expensive. We bought baguettes from the patisserie next door for around €3 each.

I would happily return to this hotel.

Room Tip: We emailed ahead and requested a room with view of Eiffel Tower and got it.

Dear Madam,

Thank you for your amazing comment ! It was a real pleasure to welcome you for such an occasion…

Congratulations ! Engagement in the city of love for the first time ! It will be an experience that you won’t forget.

No matter what is the reason of your stay in our Hotel, our staff is always there to make sure you are spending good times.

We are glad to hear that you appreciate our room decoration and brand new bathroom. We pay attention to all these details, and also maintain our hotel in good state.

Good advice for our next visitors regarding the booking of tickets in advance for the Eiffel Tower ! It is always unpleasant to queue…

About the room service, what to say. It is of course an outside service as we have no restaurant, we never had any complaint about its content, even when it is ordered in the middle of the night.

Hope to welcome you again for the next surprise… The proposal of marriage ?

All our best wishes from Paris

Got a personal recommendation on this hotel, so I would've been surprised it it were to be a complete disaster. And it wasn't. The rooms aren't particularly big, but they're pleasant, clean and with newly refurbished bathrooms (at least that was the story with ours). Top of the Eiffel Tower visible from our room window.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was totally decent. Never really been to the Passy area before, but was positively surprised by this too. Pleasant little hood.

Totally recommended. We'll be staying again when next visiting Paris.
