Good customer service, big bedrooms with lockers. Little balcony with street view made everything even nicer, specially in the summer.
Problems:
1. No AC or fans (again, it's summer).
2. Very dirty bathroom, with no ventilation, all drains were clogged.
3. WiFi worked for about a minute and disconnected, all night long, causing trouble even to print my flight tickets.More

Easy to reach, Sacre Coeur is just next to it and beautiful. You can easily go by metro everywhere you want or just explore Montmartre.
The rooms are clean and the people are nice and help you with everything you need.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel ( stayed for 2 nights). It has a great location as its close to Paris Nord station. I took an early morning train from Paris Nord for airport while leaving( it really helps). The staff was really wonderful and welcoming. I talk to quite a few of them for suggestions on sightseeing and while checkin/checkout.
I stayed in 4 bed mixed ensuite and one may find the rooms a bit space crunch. But room are worth price in Paris. Free wifi, clean bathroom, lockers, baggage room all have been more than decent. I would say again they have very nice staff.

The hostel is in beautiful location of Montmatre, right in front of famous Basilica of Sacre-Coeur, big white church that paris was famous for artists. People at check in desk (Victoria and everybody) were very helpful, plus they speak many languages. We got a recently refurbished room which was very nice for a family of four. I would definitly consider staying here again during future visits.

Based on the images advertised, I booked one of their privilege double rooms with balcony and a private bathroom. Obviously it was more expensive than a standard room and for the same price I could've booked a room at Ibis or similar but decided not go to with a chain as the room looked nice and clean. Unfortunately when I got to the room I realised I was given a standard room - worth noting that the standard room didn't look at all as one of the standard rooms advertised on Booking.com. I went down to the reception to flag that surely I was just given the wrong room.... I first heard some excuses that they only have a couple of those nicely designed rooms and they're gone. So I showed them on my phone that on Booking.com they're still advertising them as available for the weekend, so clearly they're free unless they're doing false advertising.... After that we were given the privilege room we paid for and it was all fine but unsurprisingly we weren't that happy overall because of that initial situation.

This place is disgusting and not as advertised. The pictures of the bathrooms that you see online are not the bathrooms you will be getting. The bathrooms are extremely smell with mold on the showers. The toilet is rusted and looks as if someone had used it all the time. I was suppise to stay for two nights. However, this places was unbearable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
