We stayed here for 3 nights in November. As there was an autumn special rate, we paid 341 Euros for 3 nights with breakfast included. Our flight arrived at CDG airport, so we took the RER B train to Gare Du Nord and walked to La Chapelle, took the number 2 line to Pigalle and walked over to the hotel. The walk from the metro Pigalle is about 7 minutes. Train ticket was 9.25 Euros per person. We requested a room on the 4th floor with balcony and our request was granted. The room is small but in my opinion is enough for two persons. You wouldn't really expect anything big in the heart of Paris/ these boutique hotels with this price. The room, however, doesn't have a fridge and the bathtub is without shower curtains, not that these things bothered me, just a warning to anyone who might be concerned.

Other than that, the room is clean, with toiletries (shampoo, bath gel, soap), flat screen TV, air con, free WIFI. There's a lot of choices for buffet breakfast in European standard, eg. cold cuts, pastries, fruits, yoghurts, cereal, eggs, sausages, salads, hot drinks, fruit juices, cheese etc. And breakfast staff are very polite. There's also an open bar (soda) at the breakfast area from 12nn to 10pm with snacks provided and WIFI connection which is really a bonus.

The other station that is nearby is St George. Its a 3-5 minute walk over to the metro. Within walking distance is the Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur, Opera etc. There are a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it's a very convenient place.

Overall, I think this hotel is very well priced as the location is good and in a safe area, room is small but clean and sufficient, free WIFI, breakfast and open bar are bonus!

Tip: if you want to open the windows when you sleep and you can't sleep with street/traffic noise, recommend you to get a courtyard room instead.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, nice breakfast, well priced and super location. We stayed there for 5 days and had a splendid holiday. The location is close to the metro and in walkdistance to Louvre, the old Opera and Galeries Lafayette. My girlfriend and I where were positiv about the stay and didn´t have any troubles sleeping, which we actually feared before we arrived :) Thanks for a nice holiday. Would book a room here again (We might try to book one of the rooms facing the courtyard next time).

Room Tip: We might try to book one of the rooms facing the courtyard next time.

We travelled on business so we didn't mind that the room was really tiny. However I must say that my husband is 1,90m so his feet were out of the bed because the bed is also tiny (at least in length). The most awful, disgusting thing was the smell coming from the toilet. Since there was no window in the toilet room in order to refresh the air, it was a vomiting experience every time we had to use the bathroom, a smell coming directly from the sewage. Breakfast was very nice, simple but tasty and good quality, personnel very friendly. Another problem is the elevator. There is no separate service elevator so every morning you must wait untli they finish moving up and down sacks full of laundry. In general since we have stayed in many boutique hotels, I would hardly call it one. Extremely tiny rooms, bad smell, wifi most of the time too slow, no fridge in the room, small corridors, tiny elevator. It's an acceptable little hotel with friendly staff placed in a smart area (close to montmartre, close to galleries lafayette) but that's about it.

Really lovely hotel and so well priced. We stayed in room 501. Very friendly staff, eager to assist with recommendations and have a quick chat in the morning.
Great location, in between two metro stops that are both within a 5 minute walk. Worth the booking.
Our only small complaint is that the bed was very soft and caused an achy back in the morning, however if you prefer a softer bed this is definitely the place for you.
