The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Some say the rooms are small but we did not have a problem with it. We actually loved the decor and thought the rooms were quite functional for our needs. The bed was just as, or more comfortable than our own at home. The only issue we had was the hotel was on a very busy street and we could not keep the windows open account of all the traffic and street noise at night. As long as the windows were closed there was not a problem, we just couldn't enjoy the lovely night air. You can not beat the location of this hotel, right across the street is the RER B station and behind are several streets and alleys with lots of restaurants. On Rue du Petit Pont just down the street is La Grappe restaraunt which is a great place to eat dinner, great staff and excellent food. This trip was a celebration of our 30th anniversary and I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

This hotel is right across the brigde in front of Notre Dame. Rooms are very clean and have nice shower, safe and stylish decor. It's on a quite busy street so some noise is to be expected. There're stairs which must be climbed to get to the first floor (small elevator can be used to get to the next floors), so accessibility might be an issue for some people.

Thank Sathamoth

The hotel is literally across the street from the RER B train station, so getting here from the airport is extremely easy. The view from our room of Notre Dame was also spectacular. The area that it's in is convenient to many restaurants and shopping. However, the hotel itself is just average. The staff did not seem very friendly/helpful, but they weren't horrible. The room was small, but we knew what to expect. I would recommend this hotel if someone wanted to stay in the heart of everything and didn't mind thousands of tourists and touristy restaurants.

Really lovely boutique hotel, rooms are on the small side but clever use of space, it's location is a massive plus with all Paris has to offer on your doorstep, you don't even need to use the Metro. Free wifi in the rooms and aircon another plus. Decor throughout looks fantastic. Go see the photos.
So how could it be even better tea/coffee in the rooms, some towel rails in the bathroom. Otherwise highly recommended. Will definately be using again.

We stayed in Hotel Le Notre Dam from 17th - 19th August.

Everything from checking in to the views from our room to the plentiful (contintental) breakfast, to the friendliness of the staff and hotel manager was excellent.

Breakfast is relaxed and at a very civilised time - from 09:00 to 11:00, which helps if you've had a late night in the bars and cafes

The location is on the edge of the Latin Quarter and all it has to offer with easy access to the St Michel Notre Dam RER station with it's direct link, changing at Gare Du Nord, to CDG airport, across the road, and the city tour bus stop on Le Pont Neuf, just off the opposite corner from the hotel.

If you get lost trying to find the hotel because, as we did, of not exiting the St Michel Notre Dam RER stsion by the best route, just head for Le Pont Neuf. the hotel is on the corner opposite on Le Qui St Michel. DON'T ask local vendors for directions as they seem to have developed a game for their own amusement by sending unsuspecting tourists off in completely the opposite direction from their destination.

The rooms are quirky in decor but spacious and all en suite. All have AC, which works independantly of the rst of the electricity in the room. There is a slot for a card to keep the elctricity on in the same way most European hotels do.

In general, Paris is Paris and is expensive, so watch in the cafes and bars for being short chnaged. This can be anything from a couple of Euros to 10.

.

Room Tip: Request a room overlooking the Seine and you will have great views of the Cathedral and the tourist...

After travelling for what seemed like hours (but was realistically 45 minutes) on the metro from CDG airport, in 36degree heat,we were delighted to walk up the steps of the St. Michele Notre Dame metro station and see our hotel one pedestrian crossing away, on the corner opposite the famous cathedral! First bonus point. In fact, we were very impressed with the hotel's location. It was literally around the corner from a plethre of restaurants (although we wouldn't recommend the one directly underneath the hotel), was excellent for metro accessibility and we could see the Notre Dame from our window.
The rooms are fairly small (but not uncomfortably so) which is apparently common for Paris and the corridors are very compact so you can sometimes hear neighbours returning but it's not awful and didn't disrupt us at all. The decoration is quirky and lovely, the bathroom had a great shower and the bed was very comfortable with nice linen. Not only that, the staff were really helpful and friendly and the place was really clean.
Would recommend to any couple and would go back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary and the first thing we would comment ones the wonderful views from our room. Being able to see Notre Dame and the River Seine when you wake up in the morning is a great start to the day. The hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean and surprisingly spacious. The beds very comfortable and there's a full length mirror which is hard to find in hotels!! The decor is quirky and adds a lot of character to the hotel! Have already recommended this hotel to two friends and my parents and we will definitely be back there next time we visit Paris!
