“One of my favourite neighbourghoods in Paris”
Reviewed February 22, 2014 via mobile

I love Marais! So much is happening there! Little cafes, a lot of second-hand shops with vintage clothes, ethnical restaurants and more. One of the best ways to see it.is just to sit in a cafe and watch the world go by.

“Bar Hop”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

In Le Marais you just have to sit around and look. Check out a few bars, cafes and order a drink and watch. It's priceless, it really shows you how things are in the outskirts of the main centre of Paris. Gives you a better idea of how the city runs.

“Charming neighborhood!”
Reviewed February 21, 2014

I discovered Le Marais during my 3 days stay in Paris last February. Small streets full of design & clothing shops, cafes, bistrots, petits restaurants and art galleries. Go to Place des Vosges, is the oldest planned square in Paris and one of the finest in the city.

Just a short walk from Norte Dame and so worth it. Beautiful especially on a cloudy day the Windows are like nothing else.. Try to avoid queue with advance tickets.

“Great area to people watch and stroll”
Reviewed February 20, 2014

My wife and I visited Paris in February of 2014 along with our 4-month old baby boy. Trying to navigate a new city and language can be difficult but become a bit more difficult with a child.

Strolling through Le Marais was great. We were able to find several cafes to sit in that were all friendly to us and our baby.

The streets were easy to walk with a stroller and we had no issues.

This neighborhood is a must see for all who visit Paris.
