Couple things to know about this hotel. Watch the honor bar and your bill, they are not accurate at all, and you will be over charged for items. If you need bottled water walk to the store on Saint Honore and get a six pack for about 2 euros. Their tiny bottles cost 5 euros!!!
They do not publish how to use their phone system for making international calls, if you make the mistake of calling the operator that is a 22.00 euro charge. Paris Lux Shuttle can take you back to the airport Charles de Gaul for 55 euros for three people, their service is 219 euros! They have a cat that is in the lobby all the time catching mice, and the cat urinates all over their furniture and they just filp the cushions, you can see urine stains on the furniture in the bar and lobby area, in the heat the lobby smells of urine as to the chairs. I took a picture of the urine stained furniture! Other than that great service and good location. Oh, if it is warm, do not expect airconditioning there, they cool the hallways and not the rooms, and the rooms are very loud cause of the street noise.

Room Tip: You can request, but it is the luck of the draw in getting the best rooms.

Room was big and bed was wonderful. Concierge staff was amazing.
My luggage was lost by airline. Hotel did everything to help. The maids and bellmen were the best. I love the Lotti! Only negative is the price is high even for Paris!

I visited Paris with my wife for a 4 days trip and stayed in Lotti Hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal to organize daily walks in the most important sites of Paris. The room was comfortable & clean. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Even though the price could be better I strongly recommend this hotel.

I spent a week at the Lotti and found it to be one of the best hotels I've stayed in Paris: the rooms are clean, classic in their renovated style, the staff is nice and cordial. The manager, Mr. Redaelli was extremely helpful during the snow storm that hit the city while we were there.
Definitely a place I recommend.

A friend referred us to the Hotel Lotti for our trip to Paris in February. It turned out to be the best choice we made for this trip. This is a very elegant hotel in an equally elegant area. Our room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom (very important) was the same. The best thing was the location. We were a block away from the Tuileries. We could walk across the park to the Musee d'Orsay,go left to the Louvre or right for the Orangerie. On a nice day, you can walk to all of this. The Opera was also a short walk away. One evening we walked to Place de la Concorde for a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff are very helpful and breakfast was terrific. To get all this in one hotel is a treat. This is a hotel you want to return to.

We stayed here for a 4 day Spring Break and found that it has one of the best locations in the heart of Paris. A 5 minute walk to the Tuileries, the Seine, The Louvre, Place de Vendome and the world's most luxury shops and boutiques. We were upgraded to a suite on the 5th floor and had views of the Eiffel Tower. The well organised breakfast buffet was very good and offered a large choice. Reception staff always greeted us with a big smile. The public areas are attractively decorated in a typical Parisienne style and are overseen by a modern piece of art sculpture in the shape of an enormous gold cockerel. We would choose to return to the Lotti without looking at any other Paris hotel. The hotel was extremely well run and very efficient.

Mediocre in all aspects : service, wine by the glass, rooms, breakfast, clue-less concierge
"The answer is no, what was the question?"

I am especially piqued as on top of that I am a no meat - no fish eater and I was in all seriousness offered pork, rabbit, sea food. Finally all they could give was a cheese plate or pasta tomato sauce , not pasta vegetable as that meant cooking. The attitude was unhelpful.

I could bear this place at Euro 100 but not at the price of every item here.
