The best part about staying in this hotel is the catacomb type lower level where breakfast is served. The cellar has arched walls with great ambience. The food served is good, too. Friendly, helpful staff. Room is small, old and moldy smelling which irritated my sinuses. Good location, though.

I tried to book a room in this hotel through Wonderbox (which is a 2 nights hotel present pack). It took them two days to reply to my booking request, only to end up refusing it by saying that there were a large number of this type of bookings already taken.

What is the point of collaborating with one of these ‘agencies’ if you’re going to end up rejecting booking requests even when you have plenty of rooms available in your hotel?? That is terribly disappointing!!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was a fine hotel but probably shouldn’t get a 4 star classification. Although we had a smaller room it had a little hint of charm and had some big windows to open up to the street below. The staff seemed friendly. We choose not to partake in the €20 breakfast buffet and opted for a cafe.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, an old hotel with a cool antique vintage lift.
A very comfortable hotel which is very near to the metro.
Appreciate the friendly staff for a comfortable stay.
Room service is quick and responsive.
