“Concierge Adrien amazing”
Reviewed December 23, 2013

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December the location is great, very close to the Argentine metro station, arc de triomph and Champs élysées, the hotel staff especially the concierge Adrien, was super friendly and provided great advise on the sights and scenes of Paris, he made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable definitively 5 star service. Acacias Etoile has been great, highly suggested!

Just stayed one night. Quite nearby everything we needed. Helpful reception staff. Spoke English & booked a Restaraunt for us. The room was very small, sheets felt a bit cheap but bed was comfy. I think the photos on the website are very flattering!

Arrived on the Eurostar and got a taxi to the hotel. the traffic was crazy on a Friday night but the driver seemed to know what he was doing!! cost 30 euros. arrived at the hotel and can only say what a fantastic place to stay. Set in a beautiful location, round the corner from the AdT. the hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful both during the day and evening. the room had everything we needed and the shower was fantastic. 10/10

Just back from couples weekend, found the hotel to be a gem, especially if flying into Beauvais and getting bus to Port Malliot as it is a very short walk, less than 5 mins away from terminal. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. the room was spacious not just by Parisian standards but by any major city, the shower was excellent. Bedrooms faced onto courtyard with bathroom facing road, thus reducing the likelihood of noise from street keeping you awake, although the road hotel is on was very quiet.
The staff were very courtious and friendly.
Location brilliant with great rail\metro links, Arc De Triomphe, Champs Elysees minutes away.
Absolutley no issue in recommending the Acacias to anybody travelling to Paris

I have nothing to complain about when it comes to this hotel and very happy I came across it when looking for somewhere to stay for a weekend in Paris.

Location is great, good value for money, plenty of restaurants nearby, friendly and helpful staff, room is clean and wifi is working.

Be prepared that the rooms are small, however this didn't bother us at all.

I am late writing this review, stayed in September 2010. This hotel was very clean, pretty room with a very nice bathroom. I slept with my window open, in the middle of Paris, and did not hear a sound. My room faced the courtyard, I was on top floor, so felt very safe. Room was lovely though might be a bit small for 2 people (i traveled solo). The staff were helpful and professional, with good advice on all things a tourist would ask. Didn't have the breakfast, but there is a bakery 2 blocks down toward Carnot, that was lovely. It was great sitting there in the morning watching the people on their way to work up line up for a freshly baked baguette and cappuccino, the Paris equivalent to our morning coffee and donut i guess :) The restaurant directly opposite the bakery was a great place for dinner or a glass of wine at night. Just up Carnot is the Arc and the bus stop for travel to airport etc. If you see the Arc at night, just to the right will be the Eiffel Tower, all lit up in lights. Lots of shops and restaurant close by. I really liked this hotel, very comfortable and conveniently located.

Room Tip: Inner, courtyard rooms are very quiet at night.

I stayed at this hotel in october 2013. The staff was great, they helped me with finding my way around paris. Gave me advise to save cost on airport travel, etc. My stuff was safe and the room was always clean. For the price and location this is a great little hotel. I will stay there again. It is so close to everything and well positioned.

Room Tip: If you have issues with the aircon then it is not for you.
