“Keep it a secret if possible”
Reviewed July 11, 2013 via mobile

In a nutshell: excellent service- friendly and accommodating. I ordered salmon quiche - it was delicious, for a quick and tantalising dessert I had a lemon tart - exquisite and a cafe au lait - lavazza coffee and fresh milk! I was the only non- Parisian in the restaurant. (Passage Joufroy). Well worth a delicious light lunch and great value.

“Wonderful Pasties, Service a bit slow”
Reviewed June 6, 2013

The pastries were delicious and very beautiful! The quiche was absolutely mouth watering. The meringue cookies were rich and very fresh. The location in the Passage Jouffroy is excellent. Our only complaint was that service was slow. It took over 15 minutes to have a server take our order.

“Terrible service so we left without ordering.”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

First of all I am French and I am very much in tune with the wait you generally get in Parisian restaurants. We went there this afternoon for tea and cake and I am so unhappy with today's experience that I could not wait writing this review.

Let's face it, from the outside this place looks great. Right in the middle of passage Jouffroy, the cakes and shop look appealling. Anyway long story short, we got there sat at a table and 15 minutes later still nobody to take the order, we even had to get the menu ourselves! Another couple next table was in the same situation. Massively under staffed we just lost patience and left without ordering. Complete waste of time and not an experience to remember.

Make sure you check how many customers are sitting on empty tables, that might give you a clue that this will be a long wait!!! I was dying for cakes, but do not want to actually die waiting for them!

“Amazing cakes and pastries”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

We had breakfast here whilst staying at the Hotel Chopin, and were so impressed that we went back to buy more treats the next day!The patisseries and chocolates are all hand made on the premises and are exquisite. Highly recommended.
