Excellent location – walking distance to Eifel tower, Napoleon’s tomb. Just a few minutes away from a Metro station, a supermarket, restaurants and a Pharmacy. Very good café for breakfast just around the corner that served a great coffee.

Our room was very roomy. The bathroom was the roomiest and cleanest of all of the hotels we stayed in while in France/Italy. The shower had a weird half partition in it but it didn’t really bother us. The hotel does not permit food of any type in the rooms, which didn't bother us as we were out for most of the days we were there,

Air conditioning worked well. Wi-fi was fairly good. Radio had an I-pod dock. Has an elevator.

Quiet throughout the night since it is tucked away into a side street.

Hotel staff we dealt with were not extremely knowledgeable but did help out with cabs and reservations.

Out of the 8 hotels and B&B’s we stayed in during our tour, this was without a doubt our favorite.

I would rate this hotel a 4 star.

We stayed here for 3 nights.Hotel was good . Location excellent, a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. One great feature was that 2 great restaurants Pascos and Le Florimand were both a block away. The metro is a block away as is an excellent bakery.

Breakfast was a little expensive so we went to the bakery every day

We were part of a Rick Steves tour group & arrived at the Muguet a day early in order to get acclimated to Paris. My husband & I are walkers, so we were very pleased that the location made it an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Rue Cler, Seine River, Metro station & bus stops! Our room & bathroom were tiny, but we were expecting that. They were also spotlessly clean. We preferred to take the charming stairway instead of the left, except when dealing with our luggage. We chose to eat breakfast at the Muguet every morning. The orange juice machine was fascinating & the chocolate croissants were luscious. One downside was that it wasn't always easy to get coffee or a table in the breakfast room with our tour group of 28 all eating at the same time.

The hotel was in a great location for getting to all the sites in Paris. Many we're in walking distance, and the Metro was close by. The room was clean and the bathroom spotless. The breakfast was good, but seemed pricey. We would stay here again!

We stayed at Hotel Muguet for 3 nights. We had requested a Prestige room with 1-2 beds so we would have more room but we got a very small room with one queen and very sloping ceilings. It had a view to the side of the Effiel Tower and a very nice bathroom. It was on the 6th floor so we had to carry up bags on a very narrow staircase to the top from the 5th elevator. No food was allowed in the room and also no irons. It was very clean and nice appointed.
The staff was not allowed to recommend restaurants and did little in that area. I think they could be a little friendlier. They were very helpful in getting cabs for all of us.
Breakfast was available for 13Euro and coffee was 2Euro a cup. We went down the street to the Parisienne Cafe for 11Euro. It is great for walking to the Effiel Tower and Rue Cler Street. The hotel sits on a very quiet street. A good value for Paris.

Room Tip: Ask for a large room. Some of the inside rooms seem larger.
