Stayed for a few days beginning of October and enjoyed every moment. Our room was on the third floor and exceeded our expectations, lovely Juliet balconies with French doors opening onto street ( not noisy),fireplace, comfy bed and bathroom with large spa bath and rainshower with Hermes products. Found the old fashioned lift absolutely charming! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient , would highly recommend this hotel.

Me & my husband were there last week. And absolutely loved this place. Stylish, contemporary, attentive staff, amazing French hospitality. Loved it. Very boutique & upscale. There were some comments on trip advisor about size of the elevator... etc.. but its Europe folks!!! Very central... in the heart of 8th Arrondissement . I think they are very competitive in their pricing for the quality they offer. I would stay their again.. though not with kids of-course.

I stayed for 7 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean.

i just have two suggestions:

- have a dedicated concierge who is knowledgable about restaurants and can answer many tourists questions
- since its a 5 star hotel it would be advisable to have 24hrs laundary and housekeeping service.

other than that i would stay again at this hotel.

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for having chosen the hotel Champs Elysées Plaza for your stay in Paris. We were very pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay with us, and you appreciated the hotel!

Our reception team is well trained about any touristic recommendation or advice needed about Paris and its history. As concierges, they are expert on finding the best and the last table in a restaurant, anticipate needs and be certain that they do their utmost to exceed guests expectation.

Concerning the laundry service, we effectively have a laundry service, from 8am to 8pm. Of course, the ironing service is covered 24/24H.

Thank you once more for your comment, it is very important for us to have feedbacks, always improve our quality service and our true sense of hospitality.

We sincerely hope that we will have the chance to welcome you again at the Champs Elysées Plaza Hotel,

Best regards,

This started as an amazing hotel, fantastic check in service, room was stunning....but then the mini bar fridge was not cold, we asked a number of times for it to be fixed and it wasn't ...the shower was very hard to turn on, and then was scolding hot until you figured a way of manoeuvring the knob...which made no sense.
We had our first dinner in Paris there and it was ok, but my partners steak was too red, although this is typical in France.Front desk staff were great...room was lovely with a couple of issues made this great place, less than great. But good location and sizeable rooms for Paris.
I'd recommend being higher than the 2nd floor as the traffic noise was a little loud.

Room Tip: We stayed in an executive king which was lovely and a good size

Dear guest,

Thank you for leaving a comment regarding your stay at the Champs Elysées Plaza.
We apologies for the problems you encountered with your minibar. Unfortunately it happened on Saturday night, the hotel was full and it’s right that we could only fix it on Monday. Regarding the fantastic shower rain provided in all our rooms, it works with a mixer tap and it can be sometimes difficult to apprehend for “non experimented” guests .
Finally regarding your culinary experience at our Restaurant Le Keller, We are always keen to hear from our guests and are of always prompt to change or adapt dishes to the clients taste. Next time, do not hesitate to ask after the chef Vincent Boucher who is always happy to greet his clients, and have their feedback.
Anyway, we are happy that you had a wonderful experience with us, thanks for your remarks about the staff (they are always sensitive to positive comments) and we hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again at the Champs Elysées Plaza.

My wife and I just stayed at this fabulous hotel.
The location is very good- five minutes from George V and the fabric of the place is lovely. Sauna, steam room, gym (brought stuff, didn't go), bar, small (only downside) restaurant.
Best of all was the staff though. Very helpful and genuine.
We will definitely return.......when we've saved enough pennies.
Paris is wonderful, but comes at a cost- it makes London look cheap!
