Wonderful Trip. The desk staff were all amazing and very helpful. Thanks Alex :-)
We had a queen size bed and a shower - what more do you need when you are in Paris! Rooms were cleaned daily and the maps they provide were very helpful!!!
Location was perfect and we didn't even know it before booking. It was a 3 min. walk to the metro (which was very easy to navigate) and the metro had 5 connecting lines which made it easy to get to almost any area of the city without having to transfer. There is also an amazing little bakery right next door which we stopped at every morning and could smell from our window - heavenly. Will definitely stay there again!!!
Thank you for making our honeymoon the best.

This is a decent hotel near to the Republique Metro and other attractions. Small but clean room with two full beds that is great. the air condicionar is a little noise but you can sleep. The staff is friendly and but be sure that put your values in the safe deposit box of the room.

Upon arrival we received a friendly welcome from Alfredo who was super helpful and very courteous. We also received maps and leaflets on the local attractions which helped us get the most of our stay. Free WiFi throughout the hotel was good but the room itself was not that great. The room was clean with comfortable bed with adequate lighting throughout. The bathroom was small, which was expected in a city like Paris. Overall a good experience.

Clean, nice comfortable beads with good covers/blankets. Small rooms, but in Europe that is what you get. For $110/ night the location and cleanliness can not be beat. Oh and staff/ front desk were very nice and helpful.

Near Republique Metro. Booked through 'Easytobook.com'. Requested room, not on ground floot, but got room 1 , on ground floor! Nice ,clean room, but no ventilation as window onto covered courtyard was sealed and air con was isolated this being October. Room was very stuffy and hot. Staff offered to move us on 3rd night but as we were only there for 5 nights decided not to move. Room cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Staff spoke English and were very friendly. All of main Paris sites were easily reached by Metro nearby. Would recommend hop on hop off bus to get feel of city. The yellow route has a stop on Rue Magenta, next street from hotel off Republique. Beautiful city, but need several trips back to see it all.

Room Tip: Ask for room with window that opens and not one facing inner covered courtyard.

When making the reservation I asked for a quiet room. We were given room 5, on the ground floor, off the covered in courtyard. It was relatively quiet. I also requested a double bed, we got two singles pushed together and held that way by a sheet. They had a tendency to roll apart during the night.
The room was very clean and there was a good shower. There is a bath but too small for most adults.
On the first day I had to got to reception to get a spoon, there was not one in the room.
On two of the four days I had to got to reception to get towels because only two had been left in the room.
On two of the four days I had to got to reception to get coffee because only decaffeinated had been left in the room. The toiletries were restocked every day.
If it was a 2 star hotel I may have been satisfied.
The bar just down the street was OK and seemed popular with locals.
The nearby Republique metro station is very big, head for exit 5 but be prepared for lots of stairs. There are major road works going on in Place de la Republique, until next year, and the monument is covered.
