This place is really superb, and the staff make it that much better. Wonderful location, very comfortable sleep experience and great location. I especially enjoyed being off the beaten path of the Paris tourist route, but within easy walking distance to all major sites. Felt like the "real" Paris, but not too distant.

Room tip: Top floor rooms with balcony are bigger and have outdoor space.

We spent two nights here in July and really loved it! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is fantastic and really great coffee. The bed was so comfortable and the room was very quiet. No street noise when window was shut.
The sleep cove was a great amenity. We wanted to use the sauna but didnt find time. This property has a great feel as it has all been freshly renovated and is very clean and modern.
We hope to return again for a longer stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights and bought our accommodation through expedia. We were suprised to see we were upgraded from a standard room to superior room. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. Wi-fi was included and accessible on a variety of devices. The location was ideal with a 2 minute walk to Republique metro. This metro was also centrally located to the main lines. A variety of shops and food outlets are also close by.
The only downside was the expense if you wanted to do laundry or even get yourself a cup of tea. We got charged 9 EURO for 2 cups of tea (just hot water and tea bags). No tea or coffee facilities were provided in the room.
The reception area was quite small if you required access to a computer to print or look up anything. The staff were friendly to allow you to use their laptop.

My son and I travelled to Paris for a 4 day break and arrived via Eurostar early evening. I can not say enough good things about this fantastic hotel -location is great(just 3 stops on the metro from Gare du Nord). Republique area is really lively with plenty of bars, brasseries etc and the hotel location is perfect, as in a nice quiet street just off the main boulevard. All the staff are really good and are happy to deal with any request. We booked a Superior Twin room and it was worth it as the room was larger than we expected with top quality linen, towels, bathrobe&slippers, plenty of storage/hanging space and a lovely bathroom with separate toilet. The boulangerie at the end of the street is ideal for breakfast and there u will find Oberkampf metro station.I have visited Paris many times and this is the best quality hotel I have stayed in and I would not hesitate recommending it - next time we go to Paris we will definitely stay there.

Room tip: Little extra for Superior room is definitely worth it.
