Elias was our host for the day and he was fantastic. He is knowledge and made you feel very comfortable. We first visited Reims Cathedral and a nearby boutique champagne family vineyard Pierre Domi and Stefan is the wine master who gave us a tour of his cellar and explained the process. We sampled three champagnes and they were all different but all very nice. I purchased a bottle at only 15€ which is very reasonable. We then drove to Epernay for lunch and the tour of Moët and Chandon. This visit was outstanding and I highly recommend it as we were given a personal tour of the underground tunnels that contain the champagne followed by a very generous champagne tasting with photo opportunities. Finally we drove a short distance to the resting place of Dom Pierre Perignon in the cathedral. A fabulous day not too long and enough champagne without overindulging.

We loved this tour, it was a long day but it was really worth the time and money spent. Our guide Adrian was Really knowledgeable and very accommodating to make sure we had a great day. Would highly recommend to anyone who has an interest in Normandy.
Our family did 2 tours, one in Versailles and one in Paris. Both were incredible. Guides were knowledgeable, engaging and fun. Both kids were engaged the entire day and had a blast. Highly recommended!
We booked a private Amazing Race tour with Blue Fox with our three and eight year old girls, and my 70-something parents. My eldest daughter loves Amazing Race so we knew this would be really fun for her. Of course a private tour is definitely more expensive than joining a group tour, but if you have some novice riders who aren't 100% comfortable on a bike and/or in new surroundings (my mom!), then it is worth it. Our guide Robin was excellent. She was so patient and enthusiastic, despite some crankiness and the extreme heat. We were able to see so much of Paris...though still hot and sweaty on that day, much better from the back of a bike than walking. We learned some cool facts that my daughter still remembers and laughs about, and did some fun challenges along the way. Bikes are very comfortable, though water bottle holders would have been nice, especially in the heat. Our older daughter had her own bike and the younger one had a bike seat.

It's a bit of a drive but in a comfortable van and mostly through lovely countryside. The chateaus and their history are fascinating. We were given plenty of information about each chateau and time to explore them on our own, as well as to enjoy a lunch break in a beautiful town. This tour is a great addition to time in Paris.
