Loved our stay here. Good location and staff very accommodating, the decor was so nice and the bed quite comfortable. Bathroom luxurious just like the photos. We were in a larger suite while our son stayed with us and then moved to a regular room for the other nights and they moved our things for us while we were out for the day.

This is such an amazing hotel. The staff was so friendly, the suite was beautifully decorated and very spacious (a double walk-in closet that fit everything we had). It's very centrally located in a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance from many sites (Grand Palais, Alexandre III bridge).

We spent five nights in this hotel and our stay was absolutely wonderful...from check-in until check out we were treated with the highest level of customer service. Each staff member took special care of us as travelers, even arranging the COVID test needed for the return flight to the USA. Our room was spacious with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel tower....the linens and towels were luxurious and the bed a true place of comfort. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Most of all, the emphasis on the staff and their courtesy and help was first class every time! As frequent travelers to Paris and other parts of France, we'd rate this trip with a five star.
