My Mom and I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling through Europe. Paris hotels are incredibly expensive, this hotel seemed very reasonable, especially once you consider it's fabulous location. Once we finally found it, (directions on the website stopped once you arrived at the Opera House,) we were very pleased. The lobby was very pretty, and the front desk staff very courteous. Our room was very small (all in Europe are,) but pretty, and clean. It was decorated in pretty Parisian toile and there was a lovely matching chair and footstool. I loved the big windows and beautiful iron window gates. The bathroom was a nice size, even for American standards, and was updated and clean. The toiletries provided were very nice quality, and the shower was glorious! We easily walked to the Louvre and of course the Opera house. And taking public transportation either the metro or bus, was easily done from the hotel. The front desk was very helpful, even filling our water bottles with ice from the bar upon request. We didn't have the breakfast, as there are many great cafes within a minute walking distance. The wifi worked from the lobby free of charge, but not in the room, really the only downside I found. In this day and age, free wifi in the room should be provided. Overall, I think this was a lovely little boutique gem, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Wonderful stay!

Room Tip: I'm not sure if all rooms overlook the street, but request one, you'll have a lovely view of...

This really is just an okay hotel. The location is its best part - only a few blocks from the Paris Opera House and really close to many great sights. However, the room is very plain and the service left a lot to be expected; they weren't rude, they just weren't overly helpful. The Wi-Fi was free, but did not work at all while we were there, which was a disappointment. Also, the breakfest they serve is very small and very, very expensive, so don't waste your money there when there are such nice places to go to in Paris. They hotel is clean though, which is always a great thing.

We were here for 2 nights and it was decent, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I stay twice a year in this hotel in occasion of an exhibition.
It is nicely located at 3 mins walking from the Opera, in the heart of the center of Paris.
Compared to other hotels the price is reasonable, despite the average price of hotels in Paris is crazily high, especially during exhibition times...
The breakfast is good and aboundant and the staff very friendly.
Internet is free in the lobby and has to be paid (expensive) in case of the use in room as it is provided by Meteor. Unfortunately Meteor service is very poor and mostly not working (and cna be used only one one device, or you pay twice), but i'm told in the coming months they'll change system and it should be working better...hope they'll put it included in the room rate as it is not logical the hotels still ask for a fortune for internet which is no more a luxurious and expensive service.

I visited Paris for a quick business trip and stayed in this hotel. I am aware of the state of the hotels in Paris and I know what to expect. This particular hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and the location was perfect! I enjoyed my stay and I beleive It was good value for my money for a three-star hotel!

Pros:

-Great location within easy walking distance to the Louvre and many of the other tourist attractions.
-Room was beautifully decorated with a perfect mix of classic and modern styles.
-Bathroom was very nice and very clean (as was the rest of the room).
-There was an elevator, which is often not the case with Paris hotels in older buildings.
-The staff were very friendly and helpful (and spoke English), especially the young woman who works in the breakfast room.
-Decent breakfast. Loved that there were proper china coffee and tea cups with saucers. My friend ordered coffee to our room one morning and it arrived on a beautiful tray with a very elegant china set.
-Very large windows in our room with a small balcony.
-Lovely and plentiful toiletries in the bathroom.

Cons:

-Our room was supposed to have 2 twin beds...it did but they were pushed together to form one big bed. There was absolutely no room to push them apart. It wasn't a big deal for us but might be awkward for others who are expecting 2 separate beds.
-Wifi access was free in the lobby but expensive to access in our room.

Paris is a very expensive city and this hotel was great value for money. It doesn't have a lot of amenities (restaurant, spa etc) but it's very clean, tastefully decorated, in a great location and the staff are very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel. Room was perfectly sized for a couple. Queen sized bed, cute little closet with safe inside. The bathroom was a good size with a strong showerhead. The room look like it was recently renovated and the tall french windows were perfect. The front desk helped us everyday with directions, good places to eat and help finding supermarkets and banks. They were always courteous and super helpful. They have a small dining room that gave us free coffee when we needed in cute little teapots to bring up to our room. Great price also. The elevator is Teeny Tiny, but it's okay. we were on the 2nd floor and it was a short walk up/down the stairs. Located in a quiet neighborhood but very very close to all the attractions and two metro stations plus RER was nearby. If we ever visit Paris again, we would definitely book this hotel. Just loved it.

Room Tip: We loved it on the 2nd floor, looking out toward Rue D'Antin.

We arrived very late at night on a public holiday (Good Friday) for a 4 night stay. The concierge was friendly despite the lateness of hour! Our room was clean, comfortable and cosy; the toilet was tiny and would would be very difficult to use if you were any taller than me (I am 5 feet 8 inches tall)! We certainly enjoyed the location being an easy 5 minute walk from the train station and the Opera Garnier as well as lots of lovely cafes.

We also found the location incredibly quiet- not much noise from the street.

One small criticism: guests pay for wifi. After staying at other accommodation in the UK, Salzburg and Prague where we enjoyed the convenience of free wifi, this service would be make or break for me when selecting accommodation in future. I was sending daily journal style emails to my mum back home of our travels so I missed out the Paris days however I was able to catch up by using the free wifi onboard the TGV to Stuttgart where we travelled after Paris.

Still, a comfortable cosy place to rest your head!

Room Tip: Only 3 out of 5 for value due to the wifi consideration. Otherwise it is a lovely place to stay!
