Owner description: THE LIDO TAKES THE LIVE SHOW TO NEW HEIGHTS ! In spring 2015, the Lido launched its new show created by Franco Dragone. Incredible energy has gone into assembling an international team of performers and prestigious designers to produce a show that is packed with artistic and technical innovation PARIS, A VERITABLE MUSE! The show draws its inspiration from Art Nouveau, film references, and icons such as Paris' "iron lady", otherwise known as the Eiffel Tower. The sets follow one another at a furious pace portraying a series of famous Parisian sites. Somewhere between dream and reality, you will discover a Paris that you had never imagined existed.

My partner and went one night, and my cousin and his partner the next night.
Over both nights we agreed that the costumes and stage setups were amazing, but the dancing was average. A lot of the dancers seemed out of time and unenthused, which was disappointing for such a big production on the champs elysee that's supposed to rival the Moulin rouge. We didn't get to Moulin rouge so can't compare.
The entertainment between dancing sets was very good.
You could substitute the champagne for beers.
They insisted you cloak your coat for 2 euro, which was just a nightmare to collect at the end.

If you want to see something touristy - go to Lido.
If you look for a classy parisian show with beautiful dancers you should go to Crazy Horse.

After queing for over 30 minutes to get in even though we had booked and payed for our seats previously on-line, our tiny seating space was almost in the waiters area right up the corner. The Champagne and wine was awful, we weren't offered water even though other people sharing our table were regularly topped up with bottled water. The food was bad, a cold cheaply made pate which was tasteless, an absolutely awful chicken casserole which was made up of rubbery chicken thigh meat, almost raw carrots, a few mushrooms and pickled silverskin onions in what I can only describe as a watery milky sauce. It was without doubt the worst meal I have ever had! Admittedly we had the basic package (160 euros each!), but that's no excuse. We could have eaten at the Ritz for that much. The dancing was as most other reviewers described - out of time and repetative. The mime artists were mildly more entertaining, I couldn't wait to get out. Unfortunately this particular outing was booked spur of the moment without checking out reviews - a hard lesson.

Its a dilemma. You go to Paris and don't see Lido....it can be difficult. We caught the late night show after witnessing the crackling lighting of Eiffel. The entry was smooth and seating was like a restaurant. We were served some cheap champagne. The show was entertaining at the start and then it gets repetitive and boring. The setting, costumes, props used in dance, the engineering of stage....they are all magnificent. The joker comes in between and gives few laughs. Over all, at the end of the show, we didn't feel like we have conquered the world. Don't take kids.

Le show était vraiement moyen plutot un defile des costumes avec les bras qui bougait un petit mieu. Les filles n'était pas en rythme Don't waste your money Everyone on stage (apart from the iceskaters) were out of step & tune. Food was ok but not the quality you would expect . My primary school end of term show was better than this.
