Was driven to this restaurant by all the rave reviews, so maybe i was going with too high expectations.. Noticed several internationals probably driven by the reviews on here as well.
The selection of appetizers is nice, i had the option which allows you to try a bit of onion soup, foie gras, and samoussa. The foie gras was OKAY nothing too spectacular there.
The duck was good too, some people in our party were not very pleased with the fish.. The beetroot puree served with it was a bit too odd in terms of taste to accompany the fish. The beef was also good from what people said. We were all served different flavored shots before leaving.
As mentioned by other people the staff is great, always smiling, taking their time to explain everything, there is no feel of wanting to rush your requests so they can go do something else. Definite plus there.
The restaurant, however, didnt impress me or the rest of the people in our relatively big party. The food was good, no doubt, but i guess we went in thinking based on the reviews on here it would be somehow different.. And it was just like any of the many restaurants around Paris.
