“Under 25 go for free”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 12, 2014

We didn't have to pay as we are under 25 but it seems quite expensive for over 25 year olds. Don't think I would of gone up the tower if I had to pay

“Overrated - but it's good that they are open”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 11, 2014

We expected more than what this experience offered. It's a quick (they move you along) whiz around the towers (fabulous views in most directions) and then back down all those stairs again. You'd want to be well and a bit fit to do this. Going inside the chapel was well worthwhile, but this is free. Overall though it's great that you can get up them and that they are heritage listed and looked after and I guess are 8 euros helped with that.

“A very long waiting line”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 10, 2014

Honestly there are so many places that you can see panoramic views in Paris that the idea of waiting in line for up to an hour to pay and climb up the towers of Notre Dame did not seem at all good. I believe it's beautiful but not woth the wait. The cathedral itself - definitely worth the visit.

“Very nice”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2014

Just like the Eiffel tower this is one of the places that you have to visit when you are in Paris. I was there for a month so I had lot's of time. But this would be at the top of my list the next time I visit Paris.

“a must do”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2014

The cathedral itself is magnificent as is the atmosphere inside. We arrived before 9 am on a Saturday morning and were fortunate enough to hear mass in progress. It was lovely being there before the crowds.
We lined up for the towers as they didn't open until 10 am. The first level with the gargoyles was wonderful and the views from both were wonderful.
A definate must do but get there early
