I stayed at this hotel for 2 days in October 2008 with 6 family members. We had 4 rooms total and I had the very top floor room which was small but had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and for just me was perfect. We had a scheduling mishap with a cab company hired to take us to the Moulin Rouge and the Manager, David Chevalier, and the front desk clerk was a tremendous help in getting us a couple of cabs. David also went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of during our two days there. The location is perfect. A half block from the Musee D'Orsay, directly across the river from the Louvre, and a few minutes walking distance from St. Germain, the Metro, buses, Bateau, etc. An excellent choice for the center of everything. The only inconvenience I had was the telephones in the rooms would not let you dial out on an international calling card, but Mr. Chevalier let me use the front desk cordless phone for calls back to the US on my card. We enjoyed the breakfast the first morning, although a little expensive, so the next morning I found a cafe' close by. All in all an excellent stay here and would definitely come back.More
