My wife and I spent 14 nights at the Lenox Montparnasse 9/21/13-10/5/13. I must say, immediately from check in we were impressed. The staff is among the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.
The location is superb and made Paris easy to navigate. The variety of restaurants in the area is marvelous and there are 2 bakeries and 2 supermarkets on the same block. After a hard day of being a tourist( poor us!) the honor bar was a welcome amenity.
Our room was very adequate and was kept spotless every day.
Did I mention the staff?
Visitors to Paris have a huge amount of choices when it comes to accommodations. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Lenox. You will not be disappointed! A room is a room but at the Lenox the staff has raised the bar to the highest level.
We couldn't have asked for more!

Room Tip: Our room faced the courtyard and was very quiet.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel and every time we stay the service and facilities are faultless. This time we travelled as a party of four and both rooms were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of good bars and restraunts within easy walking distance (La Rotonde is a must each time we stay here and this weekend we discovered Le Bistro d'Edgar which had risotto to die for). It is also well placed for Metro links and is within walking distance of many attractions.
Should you decide that after taking advantage of all the eating and drinking opportunities that a little light exercise is needed, it's only a 5 minute walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg where you can join the local runners for a quick 2k lap of the gardens, take in a Tai Chi session or just stroll and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We stayed for 3 nights, had a nice time and enjoyed the excellent service. The staff speaks English much much better than average heard here in Paris. The room was size wise on the smaller side, but if you only are there for sleeping, it's fine. The rooms are nicely cleaned and you get new towels every day. The breakfast is served as a buffet with everything needed, except for soft boiled eggs, which I prefer. Nevertheless, we felt so comfortable, that we will return if we later should decide for a extended weekend in Paris

Stayed here during a recent "for fun" trip to Paris. Located in the heart of the Montparnasse region, it's close to both the Vavin (M4) and Edgar Quinet (M6) Metro stops. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, and had the quietest AC I've ever experienced. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful.

The neighborhood is fun - on Sundays there is an artists market, and on Wed, a general market (everything from fruit/veg to clothes to hardware!). In the area, I do recommend a stroll through the Montparnasse Cemetery, and if there's a clear day, take the elevator ride up to the top of the Tour Montparnasse, which has amazing views of Paris from above. On the street next over from the hotel is a street full of creperies. Highly recommend Chez Jeanne.

I would definitely stay here again.

We just spent one night at the Lenox but we enjoyed it. It is a good, functional hotel. It's clean. Staff was helpful. Surprisingly good water pressure from the shower! It's a good base for sight-seeing.

Room Tip: Our room overlooked the road but it was quiet. We didn't have a problem with sleeping.

Well located within easy walk of two Metro lines and a short walk to the Luxembourg Gardens. The rooms are small, but this is the norm for Paris. Comfortable and well appointed with very friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed twice at the Lenox Montparnasse for a total of 8 nights. We loved it. The area was terrific. It was close multiple subway stations *different lines), buses etc. The place is quiet, central and very clean. Rooms are well equiped with tea and coffee facilities as well as a fridge, phone, free wifi etc. Afdter some lesser quality hotels during our European holiday we were actually relieved to get back to 'our little nest' before flying home. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist the 'lost' tourist.

Room Tip: We stayed in a room at the rear overlooking the forecourt and later a front room over the street. No...
