I stayed here in August 2012. First, it is in a great location. Not in the center but close enough. It's on a quiet block but just a two or three blocks from Champs Elysee and the metro. It's a great small, boutique hotel. The rooms are pretty small but nicely appointed. Staff was great and very helpful with restaurants and tips. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there is a local restaurant nearby that's great for dinner - great local crowd instead of touristy. Got home really late a couple of nights and walking in the neighborhood felt safe.
I would stay here again with no problem.
