What can I say? This place is a complete gem. Special applause for the concierge Cedric who went outbid his way to help us on numerous occasions. His recommendations for restaurants were always spot on. The breakfast room is amazing as is the food. Sitting in the one of the bar/reception areas is quite an experience. The decor is fantastic. We had an executive room which by Australian standards is not large, but provided plenty of room for us for a four day stay. The bathroom is quite incredible. I have never seen a TV set into the bathroom mirror before and the remote control allowed you to sit in the bath and watch TV.
Location is perfect. Only five minutes walk to the Arc de Triomphe and about 10 to 15 minutes down and across the Seine to the Eiffel tower. A great variety of restaurants with in about 5 to 7 minutes walk.
No request was too difficult for the staff to accommodate. Top marks to the Keppler. Will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night at the end of March during a short trip to Paris. Location of the hotel is excellent, a few minutes away from Champs Elysees. Despite the proximity, it is located at a quite street away from the hustle and bustle, which is a big plus for the area. The neighborhood is upscale with great restaurants nearby and the trendy avenue George V just around the corner. The small lobby and reception area are very tasteful and definitely in line with the hotel's "boutique" character. Our reservation was for an executive room but upon arrival, were upgraded to one of the suites. This was spacious, modern and well kept and all bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious. There were also partial views of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast, though on the minimal side, was of great quality and grade. Check-in was prompt, and concierge was quite helpful during our dinner reservation (they crosschecked the restaurant we had in mind) and also provided tips about the nearby area. Complimentary champagne at the bar, as well as free river-tour tickets for the next day were also provided. The only downside could be considered, the absence of a restaurant within the hotel itself. Nevertheless, given the abundance of great dining establishments nearby, I consider this as a minor setback. Overall, the stay in the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommended it to location-conscious travelers looking for a luxury, quite and unpretentious accommodation.

I stayed there with friends in September 2012. The hotel was perfect. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room which had a lovely balcony with chairs, table and chaise. The suite was beautiful and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is fabulous for all shopping, walking tours and museums.

Room Tip: Get a room on the Rue Keppler side for views of the Eiffel Tower. The street is very quiet.

I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago more or less for a business trip.
I loved this hotel at first sight because it is boutique design hotel located near to the Champs Elysées (5 minutes walking distances) and from here you can reach all the most important areas/places in an easily way. Fantastic!
Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice hotel.
Breakfast should be improved!!

This is a very stylish hotel. The decor is bright and original, the hotel is extremely clean, and we loved the breakfast. Our bedroom was a little small and the elevator felt miniscule, but everything is elegant, a little quirky, but very charming. The bathroom was small also, with a shower head in the open bathroom area as well as in the bath (couldn't figure that out at all). Weirdest thing was the very chic six-sided commode seat, looked pretty but ouch, not for sitting on! At check-in time and when looking for dinner recommendations, we didn't find the front office staff to be particularly friendly...should have realized that this was probably just typical Parisian snootiness. The breakfast folks were very nice, however. Good location and we were able to walk for miles all over the city. Definitely would recommend for couples, business travellers, but definitely not for children!

Dear Guests,

Thank you so much for having chosen our hotel for your stay in Paris and for sharing your experience on the TripAdvisor.
We are very pleased that you liked the hotel and the decoration and I'm extremely sorry if the reception seemed somehow unfriendly. Normally we receive lots of compliments on the front desk team but we have taken good note of your comments of course.
You mentioned the shower head in the middle of the bathroom, which is a special shower for disabled persons. We only have 2 of those in the hotel and I completely understand why it felt weird to have a shower head that's usually never used.
We wish to see you next time and have a wonderful spring!

kind regards

Location: one of the best residential addresses. May be convenient or not - depends on personal reasons.

Reception - friendly and efficient. Took 1 minute to checkin

Rooms, lobby and corridors - beautifully decorated. Feels like a small museum but its your museum.
Feels at home at the same time. Everything perfectly clean.

Rooms not large but everything one needs incl desk, TV, iphone dock, etc.
Bathroom sink is unclear how to operate. Took me few minutes to understand... But perfectly clean and well equipped bathroom.

Breakfast: fruits, corn-flex, two types of yogurts, cheese, eggs, etc., limited range of warm plates. No porridge and no omelets.
