Good small neat hotel in good area. Metro station in very close. When we got out of metro station, hotel was on the other side of the road. That a major relief for tourists given that its not located in city center.
Rooms were small but that was expected in Paris.

What a gorgeous little hotel! Situated within walking distance of the Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge, it's a great area - very "french"! The guy who was behind the desk was super helpful and reccomended some great places to eat and visit. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. I would definately reccomend this hotel - you will not regret it!!

We just stayed here for a 3day weekend and found it surprisingly a very good hotel. It was nice and clean and modern. Most rooms overlook the street which gives you a very Parisian feel when you look out. The minimal street and traffic noise certainly didn't keep us from sleeping. Very close to metro station, and we also used the nearby 81 and 31 buses which were direct to the centre and to Gare de Nord (Eurostar).
We walked across to Montmartre on Sunday morning - so a convenient location.
The bakery opposite was fantastic - we bought some lovely bread and cakes to take home.
Found the staff to be very helpful. Free wifi was also nice addition.
AC/heating was very good we also liked to be able to open the large window to let in fresh air.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors may get less street noise. though we didn't find it a problem at all.

We choose this hotel based on other reviews and its pricepoint. My husband and I stayed in Rm 504 from October 15-20, 2012. The modernly styled room was small but clean, with a private bathroom, flat screen TV and a window overlooking the street. There is daily maid service. The breakfast cost was €8 per person and it was more than adequate with an assortment of breads, ham, cheese, yoghurt, juice, coffee, cereal but no fruits. The staff is very friendly, approachable and helpful. Right infront of the hotel is a vey good middle eastern restaurant; there are other nearby eateries serving Chinese, Parisian, Vietnamese, Japanese food, even a Subway resaturant. The metro is only a block away. There is a nearby Carrefour grocery, pharmacy, bakery and fruit stall. The hotel is not in the usual touristy area but is welcome surprise.

Pros:
* Very Friendly Staff.
* Clean.
* Near Metro.
* Halal Restaurants and Chinese very close.

Cons:
* Lift wasn't working for two days.
* A small rat found in my room for 2 or three days.
* Noise from Neighborhood was very loud some days.
* Very Small rooms (typical Paris)

If there weren't the rat and the lift was working since my first day, it would have been the best hotel you can choose if not a family.

Room Tip: Don't choose rooms on the first floors

Strongly recommended. Why??
Good location, 50 m from metro station, 5 stops from City Center, 1h by RER and metro from CDG airport. Clean, nice building, looks like newly renovated.
Stores and restaurants near by. Good, affordable price. I spent there 3 nights in my wife plus daughter in one cosy room. Not big, not premium but very clean, with small and clean bathroom. Visiting Paris for tourist reason you don't need more.
Free wifi in hotel. Breakfast at 8 euro not in French style. Normal European breakfast. Recommend to buy. Tea and coffee available non stop in hotel. Waiting for room tarta and coffee was offered to me which was very nice. No problem with online check in and printing boarding pass. For the quality, service and location vs price excellent grade. I gave very good unless you look for more premium quality room.

Likes: nice clean recently decorated modern room, comfortable bed, powerful shower, flat screen tv, helpful friendly staff, close to metro station, lots of shops and cafes nearby, within walking distance of moulin rouge.

Dislikes: rooms facing the street could be noisy if you're a light sleeper, rooms are quite small, no tea / coffee making facilities.

Overall though would recommend, very nice.
