My boyfriend and I stayed here back in March. Really excellent hotel for a short stay. Comfortable & clean - perfect after a long day of sight seeing. Breakfast was excellent too. Highly recommend this hotel. Would go back again.

I have to agree with the rest of the reviews ... this hotel is great! The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The parking is down the road but it's free and safe! We were a family of 5 with the kids having their own room ~ just across the hall ~ close enough if they needed us and far enough for some down time. The metro is a stone throw away with a 15 min ride to the centre of Paris.

Couldn't have asked for more!

Even though the hotel is not located in the center of Paris, the closeness to the subway station makes the location really great anyway! Not sure exactly how long of a Metro ride it was, but it did not feel very far. It felt like the average neighborhood. Not scary, but not fancy either. Had a few small shops and restaurants around, but didn’t spend much time around there. We just headed into town.

We are a family of two adults, one child and one baby, and had a tipple room. It looked like it was one of the wheelchair accessible ones. The room was great and a good size for the four of us. Must have been newly refurbished, and everything was nice, fresh and clean. A huge bathroom with a great shower. Beds were nice and comfortable. Only advice is to ask for a room that doesn’t face the street, as you hear the street noise quite well.

On our first night the room was really hot. We couldn’t get the air condition working, and asked for help in the reception. The friendly receptionist did everything in his power to fix it, but had to give up, and assured us that he would call maintenance in the morning. The next morning we also asked for a crib to be put in for our baby, as we had forgotten to request that in the booking. When we came back to the hotel after a day in Paris, the air condition was working perfectly, and the crib was in place :-).
The staff was really friendly, and helped with anything from finding parking, to printing airplane tickets. We did not try the breakfast, but it looked good, and at 8 € I think it was a really good deal.
If you arrive with a car, it can be hard to find parking, as most spots only allow you to stay for 2 hours. But there is a supermarket close by with free parking. You can pick up and leave the car between 8 am and 10 pm (I think) Monday – Saturday.

Really happy with the price and quality of this hotel :-)

Room Tip: Less street noice on the back.

We were attending a wedding in Paris and were staying three nights so decided that central Paris was too expensive. We had no idea what to expect but were very happy with our choice! The hotel is small but immaculate after a complete refurbishment. We were on the 6th floor but there was a lift available. The room although small had all of our basic needs(apart from coffe making facilty) The bedding and towels were changed daily and the room cleaned to a very good standar The windows opened out onto a busy street full of restaurants/cafes and shops so really practical, the prices of which proved to be very reasonable. We decided to take continental breakfast in the hotels small dining area and were not disappointed. The ham was amazing!! And plenty of choice with cereals /fruit/yoghurt/pastries etc etc Piping hot coffee and the staff could not have been any more pleasant or helpful! For 8 euros per person, well worth the money. We would certainly stop here again!

I stayed as a group with my sisters and niece for 3 nights, 23rd-26th July 2012. The hotel is in a great location, just a few mins walk to the metro which takes you into Central Paris in 15 mins. You can also easily walk to the Sacre Coeur in around 15 mins from the hotel.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern with free wifi which was a real bonus. We decided to have breakfast at the hotel each morning (8 euros per person) it was great value with fresh juices, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, croissants, pan au chocolat, pastries, ham, samami, lots of different cheeses, cakes, nutella, fresh bread, boiled eggs and more! It was a self serviice buffet so you could eat as much or as little as you liked and was frequently replenished. For a cheaper option there is a bakery across the street selling croissants etc for under 1 euro, if people prefer to eat on the go.There is a supermarket on the same street as well as several smaller convenience stores, greengrocers, restaurants, cafes etc.

The rooms were comfortable and in the three nights we stayed none of us heard any noise/disturbance from other guests even though the hotel was full. One of our rooms was on the front of the hotel so there was some noise from the street below but it wasn't disturbing. The hotel offers great value for money compared with many other Parisian hotels, rooms were a decent size with a bathroom/shower in each, maids cleaned everyday. Staff were polite and helpful offering suggestions and advice to all of our questions. We booked the shuttle direct with the hotel to get back to CDG for our flight, it cost around 16 euros each and only took 25 mins. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms at the rear of the hotel are quieter than rooms at the front although we didn't find the s...

We stayed here before heading back to Australia after 6 months in Europe. The staff here were friendly and helpfull. The location was across from the metro which mande heading into the centre of Paris quite easy. The room was clean and the fixtures modern. The only thing it lacked was tea/Coffee making facilities and a fridge although we could go down stairs for a coffee. The internet was good and free. The hotel was quiet and we did not hear any traffic sounds. We would definately stay again

The hotel is new and modern, with good furnishings and fittings. The first night we were put in a front road facing room, and the noise of the street 4 floors below us was just ridiculous. The next morning we explained to the front desk and were moved to the 6th floor and an away from road facing room....with a much better view also. The rest of the stay was very peaceful. The Hotel staff had an excellent knowledge of directions and were also very helpful in booking us onto an airport transfer upon completion of our stay. Location wise you are a long way out of hte central attractions, so if you dont like using the metro you are pretty stranded. The line 13 is a good link to the other lines taking you directly to the centre of Paris in quick time. You can walk to the Montmartre district in 30 minutes and enjoy some of the best views across the city. I would reccommend staying here for a short itme. Not for the elderly or those with young children though.
