We are a family of 6 with teenagers. We got two lovely adjacent apartments linked via the balcony. Well kitted kitchenette with all you will need - dishwasher and microwave inclusive. Good WiFi. Walking distance to a metro which links you to all of Paris.. as you wish. Next to a large, lovely park - just what you need when you want a break from Paris. Quiet neighbourhood with pubs, eateries and supermarkets. Friendly and helpful receptionists - multilingual which was great. They could however volunteer more info about their facility. We got no room cleaning during our week stay but that’s probably our deal through RCI. Towel change and additional tissue were provided on request. Highly recommended but be ready to use your kitchenette and to seek entertainment outside your hotel.

Before arriving we were a bit worried about some of the negative reviews on here, but we needn't have been. Our apartment was clean, and although Paris was in the middle of a heatwave the temperature inside was perfectly OK if we had the windows open. We are a family of six and had two bedrooms (one with bunks, one with a double) and a sofa bed in the open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room which was big enough that we could still all sit around the table even with the bed unfolded. The kitchen was perfectly OK - coffee machine, kettle, microwave/grill, hob, fridge, dishwasher. There were two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The hotel is next to regular apartment blocks, but it was quiet enough. The only difficulty is getting to the hotel by car - it's on a pedestrianised street with no car access so you have to pull in somewhere nearby (which isn't easy) then walk to reception to collect a key fob for the entrance to the underground car park around the corner. Once you're in the car park it's fine though - there's a lift up to the hotel. We'd recommend contacting the hotel before you arrive to make sure they've reserved a car parking space for you. The staff when we checked in were really friendly, but not so friendly when we checked out. Overall, a good choice for us.

Our apartment on the 7th floor was stifling in the Paris summer (July) as it had no air conditioning and no fans so there was no respite from the heat when we returned from sight seeing. The staff were reasonably unsympathetic about this and advised they had no fans, which we later learnt meant that the fans they did have had been issued out. We were there 7 nights so this was an unacceptable standard in our opinion and means that we would not recommend this hotel. The apartment was spacious enough and had budget style appointments with a reasonable kitchenette and a convenient laundry on the ground floor. The location (19th district) meant that there was little bit of travel to see the sights but the hotel is conveniently located between 2 stations on different lines so there was reasonable access to the train system. There were adequate supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and boulangeries nearby

Room Tip: Rooms have no air conditioning

My family and i decided on this hotel for our Paris vacation. Not in the crowded tourist areas away from the high prices seamed ideal. Take the metro only a couple of blocks away to get wherever we wanted to see. What a big mistake after 16hrs of flying we were exhausted. Checked in to our room which was small but that was planned. While we took a nap 2 hrs no less someone slipped into our room that was locked and secured and made off with a couple grand of electronics. When we discovered the theft we immediately reported to the hotel management. The front desk was only willing to move us to another room that we felt to be more safe?!?.
The only access to our room was the front door that was locked but they were unwilling to check cameras or contact the police to assist in finding the perpetrators. Hotel was rather unsimpathetic and only willing to comp us for one night of our stay not the five days we had booked with them. Avoid this place at all cost as clearly they have a security issue you can’t feel safe in a hotel room even while your in it. I really was not worried about the stolen items but that my daughter was sleeping only a few feet away from the items taken, thank god my wife and I didn’t chose to go have a drink in the lounge. Beside the theft the room accommodations were ok.
