My boyfriend and I spent four nights at Hotel Roma Sacre Coeur. The hotel itself if very colorful and full of fun art and decorations. Our room was small, but we had plenty of room to move around, and it was extremely clean. There was a safe which is definitely a huge plus for Paris. We also had an amazing view of the city out our window.
The neighborhood is really nice, full of good restaurants and bars. There are two bakeries only a few blocks away, both which have some of the best croissants EVER and they are definitely cheaper than eating at the hotel. Sacre Coeur Church is a short walk away and there is also a metro station just around the corner from the hotel!
The only downside of this hotel was the staff. They were very unfriendly and made us feel too uncomfortable to ask them questions about restaurants or how to get somewhere. One even made fun of us being 'stupid Americans' when we checked out. But we didn't interact with them much.
All in all, our stay at Roma Sacre Coeur was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris on a budget.More
