It was our first visit to this hotel, we stayed 5 nights. Actually, the hotel was very clean and lovely with helpful staff. I think the rooms are a little bit small regarding the affected price, but anyway it is a nice hotel for romantic stay in the best part of paris (montparnasse).

Dear Sir,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us, we really appreciate it. We are very pleased to see that you enjoyed your Parisian getaway, along with your room and the service. Please note that we have different standards of rooms and you may want to ask for a bigger one next time you come. Booking directly with us is always cheaper and allows for a bigger room...

Happy Holidays in sunny Morocco!
Looking forward to seeing you soon.

I stayed with 2 of my colleagues in business trip for 2 nights.
The room that I got number 205 double bed was clean, quiet and big enough for one person.
I think that it will be a bit small for a couple. The surrounding is quite with a lot of restaurants and bars.
The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to Line 13 Pernity Metro station which is not too far.

Room Tip: Ask for double bed room.

Dear Sir,
It was a pleasure to see you again with your family! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your large room and some of the nearby addresses we shared with you. Make sure to ask for more on your next stay, Vincent loves to take you to the hidden gems around the Ariane hotel. A “crêperie” is always a must with a family when you stay near Montparnasse...

We are looking forward to welcoming you again soon and we wish you a lovely fall season in Lyon.
Sincerely,

Room was very small, nothing like photos on website. But was clean, bed comfortable, serviced daily, towels changed. A bit stingy on the bath wash though :( Could do with more hangers in the open wardrobe - 5 hangers between 2 people is not enough!
Good location if you don't mind walking a little. Metro station close by, less than 5 min. walk.
Breakfast was disappointing, because when we booked through Booking.com it stated "American Buffet". If you don't mind a continental breakfast without much choice, then you will find it OK.
Staff friendly and helpful - that was a big plus for us as we needed quite a lot of information about places to visit, travelling around, where to eat, etc.
Thought it was overpriced for what you got.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back if traffic noise disturbs you.

Dear guest,
Thank you for your comment about your recent stay with us. I was our pleasure to guide and assist you during your visit and we are pleased to hear that you loved Paris as much as we do.
I am sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations, but I am surprised as well, as we state on all websites that we offer a continental breakfast and not American. I double-checked on booking.com and they wrote Breakfast Buffet. Maybe your travel agent gave you a wrong info. Sorry about that, but the croissants and pastries are delicious too and so French... Nonetheless, we are working on a new menu with a few surprises you may enjoy on your next stay.

We have quite a few different sizes in rooms, including triples for family, so make sure you ask for a bigger one than the one you had and we will be happy to assist you.

Have a wonderful month of October in London.
Sincerely,
Elodie and the Ariane Montparnasse Hotel team

Hotel Ariane is our first choice when we visit Paris being so well located for metro stations and intimate restaurants plus close contact with Montparnasse's local residents.
Cleanliness, helpful management and staff, free Wi-Fi and the charming two person lift all combine to make our stays of up to 10 nights so enjoyable. Breakfast is more adequate than most.
The only negative is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms which we found hard to bear during a heatwave in July 2013.

Dear Sir,
It is always a delight to have you come back and stay with us year after year. It is so fun to find someone enjoying Paris and the very special Montparnasse area as much as we do, and it is our pleasure to share with you different restaurants and new bakeries in the area you may like.
You indeed stayed with us during a heat wave, and even if it only occurs once or twice a summer in Paris, we are looking at different options to make summer stays more enjoyable.

Have a wonderful Spring season in New-Zealand and see you next year!

This hotel is a good choice for everyone who doesn't require large rooms (but these are not too small). The staff is very polite and ready to help. I stayed here for 10 nights. This hotel is very clean, rooms are cleaned up everyday very carefully. Many restaurants and shops near the hotel as well as the metro station, though the location is quiet.

The hotel has a Great location. It is about a block from two metros, several great restaurants and good grocery stores for putting together a picnic for the day. They offer free wifi in the rooms as well as a computer for the guests to use in the lobby, We did have a bit of trouble as the keyboard as it was tailored to the French user. The front desk did print museum tickets for us. There was a small elevator .The bathrooms were large by European standards with a tub. The beds were comfortable and our room was quiet even though it was facing the street. The staff was available 24 hours and very helpful. We will stay there again.

Azerty keyboards can indeed be tricky when you are not used to it and I will show you a way to work around it next time you come!
I hope that you are in a safe zone in California, far away from the terrible fires.
We are looking forward to welcoming you soon.
