This is a wonderful place to stay in Paris. Very inviting and warm. For our group of four, it was the perfect spot. Close to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and restaurants galore. The weather was very accommodating for us. Great temperatures with a mix of rain to keep things cool. I highly recommend this as a destination.More

First-rate friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff
Friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff is first-rate, what other hotels should learn a lot from. Its location is good: Louvre, d'Orsay, and L'Opera Garnier are within walking distance. The easy access to the New York Times and le Figaro via the hotel's WIFI is convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location, lovely staff and well appointed, spacious rooms.
Everything was close and we could easily get to a variety of train or bus stations. We mostly used lime scooters to get around though. Staff at hotel were great, room was quite large for European standards, bathroom was too. Only thing average was breakfast. Definitely recommend!

A Disappointing Stay
This hotel, whilst having a great location in the Opera district, should not really be rated a 4 star hotel. It is a 3 star at best but it has perhaps earned its four stars simply due to its location.
The view was ok, but not fantastic as one thinks. In addition, hotel staff on chat give the wrong information about the rooms.
Neither the services, nor the old antiquated rooms deserve 4 stars.
The price is so disproportionate to its value that easily one is certain that they paid at least twice what it is worth.
It would be better to pay more and stay at a 5 star hotel in Paris, where it seems the ratings are closer to the truth.

Our home away as we travelled through France
Such a welcoming experience upon arrival on both our visits. Staff so very friendly and helpful, our room each time over our visits were different however still roomy, just perfect for our needs with opening windows as to be not so reliant on aircon. Great location, within walking distance to all sites and shopping!! Varied dining options (from a $$ perspective) in the surrounding area are very much an option. Brighton were also very happy to store our excess luggage as we travelled around through France. We will be returning. Loved our stay:-)

Great location
This is a very good hotel in a great location.

We stayed in room 301. It was large and comfortable, although it had no view and overlooked the building next door. It was also noisy due to its close proximity to the elevator.

The staff are very welcoming and cordial and would always greet us as we came and went from the hotel.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from.

It is within easy walking distance to several attractions such as the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral. The Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe are fairly close - about a 40 minute walk each.
