nice location near sacre couere and loads of bars and restaurants in the area. Nice reception staff. Reception area newly refurbished, but rest of the place is disapointing.... I took my boyfriend and 9 month old baby, they put us in the biggest room they had in order to fit the travel cot in, it was poor, screws sticking out of carpet, wood sticking out of skirting board and dirty bed sheets from the previous occupiers. (see my pictures) Couldnt let my baby crawl around, too dangerous. I complained and they offered a more delux room for 15 euros a night extra and we couldnt stay in a new room the first night as we had used the room. If you call putting your suitcases in and going straight to reception using a room then ok. The room which we could have upgraded too was quite nice and the others they showed me were small but ok.They wouldnt fit the cot in so we were stuck in that room for 3 days. Im sure that the room we were given (number 12) was the worst. If i was a young traveller or just wanted the room as a base then the hotel is satisfactory and in ideal area but when you have a baby or a family, I wouldnt recommend.
“ Top Tip: make sure you say you dont want room number 12More
