We selected Novotel Tour Eiffel because of the wheelchair accessible rooms, it's proximity to sights and friends who live across the bridge. Although the access to the main reception floor is through the loading entrance, past the fire station the staff really made my mother in law's stay a wonderful experience. Paris is not the most accommodating place for wheelchair access however the hotel did an excellent job in catering her every need from giving advice about how to travel to various places, making sure she had access to the lifts 24/7, assisting in the breakfast room and getting us taxi's when needed. The hotel was very busy but the staff were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for family visits. It is very well appointed to visit the Tour Eiffel, Musée du quai Branly and Bateaux Parisiens‎ which we are able to gain wheelchair access to. A special thanks to the concierge for recommending to the taxi to take us to the access dock.
We all enjoyed the breakfast and we also enjoyed the bar service. Thank you!

Room Tip: The higher floors in the front of the building have a better view

Every single hotel of this chain I stayed in France was terrible. The one worse than the other. At one point we were told that if it was hot, to open the windows, which I did (not in Paris) this was followed by myriad of bugs invading the place.

Room Tip: I don't even know what to say. Just don't stay there. Any of them.

Dear Wingeddiamond,

Thank you for your feedback that you had contributed.

It truly is a pity that you did not enjoy or even appreciate any of our hotels in France.

Do know that in each hotel there is a manager on duty that can help to satisfy you on your needs.

Inspite of what you had written, we do hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again, to ensure that your next stay will be a pleasant one.

Yours sincerely,

We stayed here for two nights from 22 August, 2013. We had been at another hotel and had to move here as we had friends staying here so it only mad sense. This happened to be one the best decisions for the Paris trip.

The hotel is large, very modern, the staff are very helpful especially the coincerge always ready to give goo advice and tips on the best deals available for tours. We got a room on top with a view of the Eiffel Tower, though not direct but we could see it especially at night.

It's less than five minutes walk to the tower and the tour buses pick you up also from there, so we got to see paris by tour bus with history as we the complete pass all route pass for three days.

Good location, Good hotel, Good facilities. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Pick a room with a view of Eiffel Tower

Staff was very helpful when a member of our group had their passport stolen at a restaurant. Very nice breakfast, bar, and rooms. Really enjoyed my stay here! Would come again! The elevators are very large! Location is decent, close to the Bir Hakeim metro station. Short walk to Eiffel Tower.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff and great location.
The metro line and train stations are not too far. A stones throw from Eiffel Tower.
i stayed on the 29 th floor, so a great view of a part of Paris and even more beautiful at night.
This was my fourth visit to Paris. there are many restaurants around the hotel and a nice supermarket to stock up.
The weather was a bit unpredictable in May (as it was chilly, windy and rained), so dress in layers and carry a umbrella.
Paris is best explored on your own.
