Tucked in a quiet back street but very central. Close to all the tourist attractions & metro. Supermarket is a couple of blocks away for supplies but Hotel us close to some gray restaurants. Have stayed here three times, staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms are small but clean. Elevator is the smallest in the world ( my opinion only) but good for a cuddle. Great breakfast.
A couple of must do's are 1. The hop on hop off Paris bus and 2. A trip out to Paris Disney and 3. A push bike ride around the streets of Paris.
Enjoy.........

Room Tip: Ask for a balcony as it makes the room seem bigger and you get to hear the faint sound of the city.

Spent 6 nights, and would return there in a heartbeat.

Plusses: Great location on a quiet little side street a few blocks from L'Opera, friendly staff, lovely little rooms, impeccably clean. Nicolas and Alexandre were extremely welcoming. Nicholas in particular bent over backwards to help navigate the travails of Fedexing a package back to the US, even helping to find a box large and strong enough to hold all the stuff I was sending. Very homey and unaffected.

Drawbacks: the rooms on the back side of the hotel are kinda tiny. The "O4" rooms have double entry doors immediately off the staircase, making it difficult to take large luggage into/out of the rooms.

Nice little hotel (24 rooms) very close to Louvre and Opera. Staff was extremely pleasant, spoke very good English. Our room faced the street and had a little balcony. Room is small (typical for Paris), but has enough space for luggage and for 3 of us. It was very clean and well maintained.

Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, Louvre and Opera are about 5-10min walk. If you need to travel further, there are 3 metro station very close.

We enjoyed our stay here. On the positive side, the hotel is in a good part of the city. We felt very comfortable going out at night. There are many choices of restaurant nearby, both by foot and by cab. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. On the downside, you muft be prepared for small spaces. We had two rooms. The one on the main floor had twin beds and was a little larger. Our other room was on the 7th floor. It was TINY. Also the elevator only goes to the sixth floor so you will need to carry your bags up one last flight. And the elevator barely holds two people. if you can live with these , for some, minor inconveniences, then you'll enjoy the updated decor, friendly staff and good location.

Located in a very quite street but very close to the Opera and all surrounding theaters, this hotel should definitely be recommended ! Its a 3 stars, so don't expect superior Deluxe service, but it is very clean, rooms are well furnished, service is friendly and available all night. Only downside : The breakfast is very basic and a bit disappointing for 12 Euros.

Oscar Wilde stayed in this hotel for a while when he was around in Paris. If you have the choice for similar prices, take this one, you won't regret it !

Room Tip: On the upper floor, the Oscar Wilde suite of 2 rooms is a classical Parisian 'garret', lovely !
