If you are in the area you must try Ty Yann. My wife and I went on a Saturday night. They sat us in the back where we were alone among 3 other tables, which was nice. The 4 or 5 tables up front were taken. The 'Salt cakes' are basically the dinner crepes. We ordered 'La Parisienne' & 'La Nordique'. La Parisienne is ground beef, fried egg, veggies & herbs while La Nordique is smoked salmon, spinach & chives. Each were delicious. The serving sizes were very filling. One crepe for each of us was plenty. The 'Sweet cakes' are the dessert crepes. We were so full that we decided to split one; the honey+almond+lemon. Excellent. Once the bill came we tried paying credit but neither of our visa cards worked. We offered to run to an ATM but the owner/chef said not to worry, it was a gift for our vacation. Seriously?! How can you beat that? We plan on returning to pay them back...and get some more crepes!

“Perfect Place for Lunch”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

We stumbled upon this place because it was a few doors down from our hotel and we'd just arrived in town, a little tired and a lot hungry. It was a perfect introduction to Paris and a truly great spot for lunch. It's small inside but quaintly decorated. The menu is simple but the quality of the galletes and crepes is top notch; delicious and filling. The meal-deal menu is superb value and the traditional French mugs of sweet or dry cider are a great way to wash everything down. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the music was funky and the ambiance was both relaxing and fun. Very highly recommended - well worth a short trip on the metro to find it!

“Very tasty french crepes”
Reviewed June 5, 2012

Found this on trip advisor, had only 1 review which was good. It did not disappoint, great food, lots of flavour, affordable, and cider in ceramic cups was a first for me

Dessert was a flaming beauty, literally, but delicious

“A great place for good crepes”
Reviewed October 16, 2011

We went there on two occassions for dinner - it does both savoury and sweet crepes - they are terrific - it is only a small place run by the owner/chef and crepes are priced between 5euro to 12euro. Wine is availbale and served in a cermaic pitcher but the drink of choice is cider. Of course many of the crepes are flambed in liquor - I had a sweet crepe flambed in calvados and a savoury crepe of meat flambed in champagne - both were excellent. Salad is served with the savoury crepes. The owner is friendly and accomodating and most of the clientele on the nights we went were locals. In summary if you like crepes then this woild be the place to go. Nearest MRT would be Europe.
