My first ever trip to Paris. Won't be my last!! Wonderful hotel - bedroom very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff without exception were friendly and helpful with advice on Paris. Hotel nicely situated and a perfect base from which to explore. Nothing but praise for this excellent hotel

Fantastic boutique hotel. Beautifully furbished to blend classic with modern. Unobtrusive but good service. We were in superior room which was a very good size for Parisian hotels. Don't forget to check out the relaxation area in the basement - pool was a bit cool in February but would be fab after a warm day of walking around Paris.

Excellent service. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. The situation is outstanding, opposite the Opera Comique, and in the centre of Paris. The breakfast was delicious, with amazing croissants. I can only warmly recommend this hotel.

La Maison Favart was the perfect choice for our weekend in Paris. The location was brilliant and the entire city felt like it was an easy walking distance away. We actually didn't once take the Metro! The hotel itself was beautiful and allot of care has been put into the feel and atmosphere of every part of the building. Service wise I cannot fault the staff one bit, everybody was friendly, helpful and very supportive of our poor attempts at french and very generous with advice about Paris. Before our stay in one of the suites I was contacted by the hotel just to ask if there is anything they could do to help with our stay. I mentioned the reason for our trip and asked if anything nice for my partner could be arranged, but gave no specifics. After checking in the Friday night we were pleasantly surprised to have a knock at the door and a bottle of champagne greeting us with a birthday message from the management. This level of care is the reason i would return here again and again. Yes I'm sure you can find a cheaper hotel room in Paris but I believe in you get what you pay for and La Maison Favart was worth every penny.

Room Tip: Looking to impress your significant other? The suites will not disappoint.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of February and was not disappointed. As soon as you walk in, the staff are welcoming and the décor is beautiful.
We arrived early about 11am and check in was not till 3pm but they kindly looked after our bags while we went to scope out the surroundings.
Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity and literally a very short stroll to La Galerie Lafayette & Printemps ...

Location was fantasic... we purchased a Carnet of metro tickets at Gare de Nord thinking we would be using the metro during the stay but did not use it once .. we walked everywhere ... Lourve, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame .... and up to Moulin Rouge area for dinner on both nights.

The room was beautifully decorated and overlooked the Opera. The bed was super comfy and was perfect and the shower was lovely :) - I did see a few people comment that the rooms are small ... but really, if you are in Paris I don't think you will be spending much time in the room and not sure what the point of a large room is if the only thing most people will be doing is sleeping and showering. The room was perfect in every way - no complaints on the size.

We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel as you are so close to restaurants. We did use the plunge pool and sauna - Small but completely adequate for an hour of chill out.

We extended our check out till 12.30 and left our bags while we went and had lunch etc.

On check out we were given a book about the hotel etc ... think this would have been a better idea to give it to us when you check in ... just a thought.

Overall, I would most definitely be returning and have no hesitation in recommending this to all my family and friends.

Room Tip: We were in Room 41 .. overlooked the Opera and had a separate WC and shower.
