“Boutique gem - excellent service”

What a lovely place. Impeccable service, lovely decor, comfortable, friendly and chic. Room (deluxe) was small but bathroom was great and we had a nice view onto L'Opera Comique. The wellbeing area is a special treat - make sure you don't miss out - clever design in underground caves - really great. Can't recommend it enough - quite expensive but well worth it.

What can I say? I spent the most amazing birthday at La Maison Favart!

The hotel staff really go the extra mile to ensure you get what you need. Front desk staff happily organise days out and recommend places away from the regular tourist traps. For my birthday dinner the hotel arranged a table at one of the swankiest restaurants in town called La Societe. It's rather difficult to get a booking but the hotel pulled some stings and got us a reservation that morning.

The rooms as decadently decorated (each is unique) and being located off a main road, very quiet. The bathrooms all have rain showers and you get spoilt with the selection of free (and very nice smelling) toiletries. Hairdryer is also a decent salon style dryer.

The Spa the Spa...what can I say. The pictures live up to what you experience and the majority of the time is quiet! You feel like you have access to a private Spa!

The breakfast is great and the hotel offers two options. An 'express' for €11 which gives you a vast selection of cakes, pastries, cereals, yogurts, fruits, juices, teas etc. A 'continental' gives you all of the above but you also get cheeses, cold meats and cooked food for €24.

Teas, coffees and a selection of cakes is available throughout the day for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own room or in the main lobby by the gorgeous roaring fire.

We stayed two nights at Maison Favart for a weekend city break. It's in a great position near the Opera and with a Metro station 100 metres away. The rooms are quite small but not unusually so for a European capital. However, they are exceptionally well presented with nice decor, bed sheets, huge towels, generous size robes etc.
The bathroom was particularly nice with penty of room and a very powerful shower. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
It's not cheap but it is worth the extra and we would certainly come back.

Room Tip: All rooms are individual - we stayed in 45 which was very nice but not very large

I've nothing but good things to say about the polite and helpful service from the checking in process to our helpful concierge Boris. Stayed in room 33 which is classed as a deluxe room, it was not the largest room I've occupied but certainly one of the best/well kept. Very comfortable bed and delightful decor. Would definitely return in the future, Bon

I love ,love, love, this hotel. I stayed with my partner for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed. From the second you walk in the door you feel warm and welcome. The staff, from Gilles the wonderful concierge to the cleaners were all friendly and very helpful. We were made to feel special. The hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained and although our room was small with views of walls and back passages (rather than the square with the lovely Theatre Comique), it was just lovely. So much attention to detail . Such a lovely comfortable bed. Lovely soft furnishings. The well being underground centre was lovely and the warmth of the sauna very welcome after the chill of Paris in February. Breakfast? Gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone and will be back ASAP.

Room Tip: Our room was small and very quiet. I do not imagine that any room would be noisy so I would certainl...

The staff at La Maison Favart have a welcoming warmth, making you feel like you are a part of their special family. Each room is carefully and tastefully designed, and large in comparison to most Parisien hotel rooms. Each room has a marble ensuite with great shower and towel warmers. There is a large flat screen TV in each room and an ipod dock also. The Nespresso machine with complimentary pods/useage in each room is the cherry on top.

The foyer is gorgeous, with a sitting area with a bookshelf and fireplace. You can relax with a coffee or wine in the evening and just enjoy the atmosphere.

Try the red wine in the Honesty Bar - it is made by the owner from his vineyard in France and is delish. There is one concierge who stood out from the rest, i dont remember his name but he is a delight and knows some really good local restaurants - ask for his opinion because the best meal I had in Paris was from his recommendation.

Location is perfect - 5min walk to Opera/Galleries Lafayette, 15mins to the Louvre, 20mins to Montmarte. There is also a Metro stop right on the corner.

I will recommend this hotel to friends and will stay here when I return to Paris (hopefully one day soon).
