This is a good zoo with happy, active animals in big enclosures. We really enjoyed the sea lion show in particular. There are a few places to eat dotted around the park and a good gift shop too. It would be helpful to have the animal signs also with the English translation though . Apparently there’s a guide you can buy in English but we didn’t see that option nor were offered it. Otherwise though a fab zoo.

Thank you for your encouraging feedback. Only the name of the species is translated in English indeed.
However, a free mobile app and an audioguide are available in English as well as a map (in English as well).
An English mini-guide can also be purchased for EUR 3 as you mentioned. We are sorry that you were not offered that option and take due note of your remark.

Pleasant zoo located not too far from the city centre. Easy to navigate, plenty of animals to see and I think recently refurbished as it was in great condition. We enjoyed being able to walk through the flamingo enclosure. Took us about 2 hours in total to see everything, nice Saturday morning activity as it wasn’t too busy.

This zoo is within the city limits and said to be one of the best zoological parks. We went by metro trains and is very close to the station Daumesnil. Entry ticket per adult is 20£. Wheelchair accessible. Though the entire area is wide the animal categories are few. There are small restaurants inside. Toilet facilities are there. Better pack your food and water bottle. Enough shady places to rest and relax and to have food especially if you visit with your kids.

The zoo is really close to the city centre, you dont have to go to the countryside or the suburbs.

Many many different species, just take a stroll and enjoy watching so many animals in a really clean and nice environment.

Absolutely no idea why some people would vote 2 or 3 stars, this is totally a 4 or 5 star place.

100% recommended.
