“Great Exhibition”
Reviewed September 5, 2013 via mobile

We came to visit this wing of the Louvre on Thursday and we had a wonderful time. If you have some time to spend and you like vests and its story, I recommend this museum, for kids and grown ups.

“Died and gone to heaven!”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

As an interior designer, this museum caters to my interest. 9 floors chock full of interiors, furniture, design. Get the 18 euro museum pass that include the Arts Decoratifs AND the Musee Nissim de Camondo. Totally worth it!

“Interesting garments”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

My teenage daughter and I toured the garment section. It was very interesting to see how fashion has changed over the years and the extent people would go to so they fit the style of the day. It was good for my daughter to see the row of manicans over the years to see that there is no such thing as a "perfect" body.

“Something totally different”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

This is a great change from the other over crowded museums and if you want to see beautiful furniture, dishes, jewelry and clothes this is an amazing exhibit. Get the audio guide and spend a few hours really seeing how the early French lived. This is not a museum that will overwhelm you.

“Well worth the visit and no queues!”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

Found this museum very interesting with beautiful displays. Particularly enjoyed the exhibition of the furniture through the different time periods. The museum itself had a disjointed flow and it was not easy to find which way to go around it.
