the hotel was absolutely wounderful the staff were very nice and polite, the hotel was situated very close to the metro across the road which was very handy,we had a slight problem with the door key but it was sorted out straight away which was excellent.its ok to sleep there, the room was good very warm and comfortable and the bedding was spotless cant fault it at all. mr and mrs clark from great yarmouth norfolk england.

Room Tip: slightly noisy if you have a window open when facing the street.but no noise if the window is shut.

The hotel firstly said it was on the Champs Elysees- which it was not, you had to get the metro everywhere and the area was not the best. However the main area to head to for sightseeing (Tour Eiffel) was only a 20 minute journey away. After taking a day to work out how to use the metro it did prove quite reliable and convenient! The hotel itself was nothing special. We checked in early at 1pm instead of the 4pm given on website but our bathroom was filthy and had stains all over the taps and toilets. Rooms are small but as expected for Paris. The hotel price was fair but it is a budget hotel and is more like a 2 star rating. We would want to stay in a more central location if we went back to Paris again. On the plus side the staff were extremely helpful, spoke fantastic English and the service was spot on. Shame the cleaners couldn't do their job! Bear in mind if going that using the metro will be essential, we got a taxi once but they cost almost double the prices you would pay in the UK.

My husband and I were recently in Paris over New Years and stayed at the Timhotel Berthier. The location is great, far enough away from tourist centers to avoid price hikes, but right on a number of subway lines that take you straight into the action. The rooms were clean, bright, and pleasant. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, speak great English, and go out of their way to help. Luggage storage is free if you arrive or leave early.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights in december. We travelled to Paris to sightsee for the first time. The hotel has everything everything you need surroundding it; the metro over the road to get to all the main attractions, pattiserie pver the road, supermarket ten minutes up the road and restaurants too.
The rooms were big enough for the time we stayed with en suite bathrooms. It was cleaned everyday with fresh towels an bedding too.
The staff were lovely and happy to help.
Would definately recommend staying here as its close enough to what you need but not extreme prices.
Lovely stay.

Convenient location near the metro but on the outskirts of Paris. The neighborhood is not the best but if you plan to just sleep there and take the metro to the other parts of Paris it is a good place to go.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. If your are not familiar with Paris they will provide you with a map and help you around. We also had to contact the Reservation office to change one of our room into a double with twin beds instead of a queen bed and they took care of our problem.
The rooms were clean but a little small. However this is the standard in Paris. Our bathroom was okay.
We were very satisfied with their breakfast selection. The variety and quality were very good.
We would stay here again if no other hotel in the center of Paris would have the same prices.

We found the rooms very small with nowhere to put our cases and the bathroom was very cramped. However it was clean and the breakfast was adequate. It was very well situated being a few meters away from the metro station and bus stop and when we walked up the Boulevard we found a number of reasonable bars and restaurants with very friendly staff and where you can sit and marvel at the driving and that there were no accidents.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are a lot quieter

The hotel is similar to Premier Inn in the UK. For a 3 star hotel it has everything that you need. Modern bathroom with good pressure in the shower (always a must for me!!). The rooms were clean and housekeeping always cleaned the room regardless of when we went out for the day. There are tramps outside, but then again, you are in the centre of a Capital city, but they don't bother you at all. The fact that it is right next to the Metro was a massive bonus. Great place to stay, as it is close to Montmatre as well as a 10 minute metro ride to the main attractions

Room Tip: Back of the hotel has no road going past
