The hotel is located a short walk from the Odeon Metro and is in the very desirable 6th arr. It is a small boutique hotel with very attractive decor and pleasant service. We booked our stay on booking.com and chose a "deluxe" room. When we checked in, the desk clerk noted that we would prefer a bath tub and said he was "upgrading" us to a luxury room. Our room was very attractive and comfortable, but I doubt it was anymore than what we had booked. My husband enjoyed the "self-service" bar where he could have a glass of Calvados as a night cap, and note it on a sign in sheet.

Room Tip: A standard room is apt to be quite small based on the size of our "luxury" or "deluxe...

Stayed at the hotel for 6 night in early January. We had 2 rooms beside each other on the 2nd floor. They were the only rooms on that floor. We were unable to use the lift as it only went from the first floor. However, this was not an issue as the hotel staff carried our luggage up the stairs for us.
The rooms were small but perfectly formed and furnished to a high standard. lovely bathrooms.
The only issue I had was that I couldn't hang anything in the cupboard as the rack was way to high.
The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful. The house maid was lovely and pleasant.
We found the area very convenient to restaurants, shops and just going for walks.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: 1st or 2nd Floor as it is still easy to walk up the stairs after a long day

A 'boutique' hotel squeezed into a small street just 300 meters from Metro Odeon. Great area for shopping, browsing, dining and a short walk from Notre Dame & other Paris attractions. It's a vertical building on 4+floors with a lift, rooms are compact & bathroom similar with shower/demibath. Clean, good amenities and a reasonable TV/free WiFi. Nice cosy lounge with honesty bar.Only meal available is Breakfast .....semi self service, but although a squeeze is fine for the day. Welcoming Management team night & day! Recommended.

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my fiance in Nov. 2012. We loved this hotel - the overall ambiance, the location and the staff. There was so much to see in walking distance from the hotel and there was also a metro station around the corner. We had great breakfasts at nearby locations, enjoyed walking around the Latin Quarter and getting lunch (fondue, crepes, etc.) and then to the Luxemburg Gardens and Notre Dame. The hotel helped us to plan out how to take the metro anywhere further that we wanted to go and also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport on our way back. We wished that we could have stayed longer and definitely plan to stay here again whenever we have the opportunity to get back to Paris!

We spent New Years Eve at Hotel Odeon Saint-Germain. Saint Germain is my favorite area of Paris and this hotel is right near everything. Tons of cafes, bars, markets, etc. nearby, yet not so close that it is too loud. The rooms are the average size for Paris. They have a cute cocktail lounge area as well where we had drinks before going out for the evening. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again sometime!

Stayed here back in September 2012. The hotel is on the very chic rue saint suplice. Lots of great dining and shopping in the area. The famous comptoir du relais and Marco polo restaurants are less than a minutes’ walk. So is the Odeon Metro Station. You are also very close to Notre Dame and latin quarter. The hotel was very clean. We stayed in the double standard room which was very small; there was hardly any room to walk around with our luggage. The staff in the front desk is very helpful. When we arrived, the gentleman at the desk toke our luggage to our room for us. There is a tiny lift in the hotel so only two people fit at a time. If you are looking to stay in St Germain and you are not on a budget I recommend this hotel.

I admit that Saint Germain is by far my favorite district to stay in. It's got an incredible location - 2 minutes to Luxembourg gardens, St. Suplice, great restaurants, charming markets and very close to the metro

For Paris the rooms are quite reasonably sized (still, think small) especially the triple room which we had on our last stay with our daughter.

if you are looking for european charm this place has plenty to go around.

While I've read plenty of complaints about the soundproofing I think they must have upgraded it as we had a street facing room with double paned windows and the room was just about silent when it came to outside noise.

And like another reviewer - Sebastien at the front desk is a total gem. Not only is he incredibly helpful and a great resource about the area, but he helped us out of a couple of stressful situations (we showed up on the wrong date accidentally), and tipping us off about free trains to the airport on New Years day.

Room Tip: The triple is a very good sized room and not much more expensive.
