Nice Lady on reception when checking in and the same when checking out.
My room (412) was fairly spacious which is often a rarity in Paris.
Room was also nice and clean.
Decor is unique (but nice) which is accustomed to this brand of hotel chain. Although room was on facing a road it was fairly quiet and had a good nights sleep.

Only downside was that the lift was out of service for most of the day and had to use the rickety spiral staircase.

Would stay here again.

The reception staff are amazing, location good, room very small but equally very clean. Breakfast amazing BUT.....I have never been in such a noisy hotel room. My 6 year old son who sleeps through anything was even constantly turning. Myself- well, I may have totalled 30 minutes sleep the whole night. If you stay here, be prepared and bring ear plugs but even they have no chance of working, and certainly only stay one night or you may not even survive.

Good little hotel in a really nice location as it’s not overly touristy. We unfortunately stayed on the top floor and the elevator was broken for our whole stay. These things happen and it gave us a good chance to burn of all the croissants we ate! It was really nice and clean and the breakfast was really nice. It would be great if there was some hot options such as eggs and bacon for breakfast. It would also be great to have a kettle in the room rather than all they way down in the foyer. A tad pricy for what you get as the rooms and storage space is quite small. However, I would stay here again though I really enjoyed it and good for what we needed.

This is a boutique hotel to use the parlance. Its is tall and thin and the rooms relatively small. The lift can take two people - without a case. The stairs spiral to the top. We were on the fourth floor and we are both in our sixties.

We loved it ! The staff were universally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the basic kit. The breakfast was good and well serviced although seating was a bit tight on a busy Sunday morning. Coffee and croissants in Reception if you want to sit out front.

The location is good and we walked to the Place de la Concorde in 20 minutes, shame it was cordoned off due to impending riots !

So, this a great value hotel, we've stayed in a lot worse and paid more.

Room tip: Don't go down to breakfast at 9:30 on a Sunday - busy, busy.
