“Nice hotel, well located near Eiffel Tower and Dog Friendly”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2014

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bosquet. My son and I spent 2 nights there with my son's dog (both flying back to the US). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful - with advice on local restaurants, where to find specific types of stores, etc. We had a superior room which was very nicely configured, of good size and very comfortable bed & pillows.

The location was ideal for us in that it is a very residential neighborhood, close to the Eiffel Tower & its gardens, with many restaurants including 4 exceptional restaurants on rue Saint-Domin..ique (2 blocks away). We went to Les Cocottes, Christian Constants "diner-style seating" bistro that had excellent and creative dishes mostly cooked in case iron pots.

We will definitely want to return on our next trip to Paris in late Spring!

We stayed in the apartment of this hotel in June -- 7 months ago. I should have written this review sooner!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is located about one block (a minute's walk) from the main hotel, so communicating with the hotel staff was no problem at all.

The apartment was very comfortable (and perfectly clean) for our family of four, and very reasonably priced. The kitchen was well-stocked, there is a washer/dryer in the unit (it wasn't working during our stay, but the hotel was there fixing it, and did our laundry for us for free in the meantime), the room blackening shades were luxurious, and the wifi was very good. It's located in a very safe neighborhood, and there are several excellent restaurants, bakeries and food vendors literally outside the door. In fact, the neighborhood turned out to be an unexpected highlight of our stay! It's VERY lively!!

I would recommend this apartment as an excellent choice of lodging for any family traveling to Paris.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, good wifi (free). Good bed and linens. The only issue we had was being that it was the winter, the heat in the room was on and we simply could not lower the temperature. As a result we slept with the window open and there was a lot of noise out in the street. But you can't beat the location to public transit, (metro or bus) and with good restaurants all within walking distance. We would stay here again.

We finished off our 13wk European holiday in Paris and the Hotel Relais Bosquet. We saw this in Rick Steves book but then I went on the hotels web site. It advised if you book using Facebook you receive good discounts and included breakfast. So thats how we booked and it worked out cheaper than any other methods of discounts.

The hotel is close to several sites, the main one being the Eiffel Tower which is only 12minutes walk. And if you stay in Paris you must stay near the Eiffel Tower don't you!

The Militaire Metro station is only about five minute walk, so getting to anywhere in Paris is a breeze. The Metro is easy to use and very cost effective.

The staff at the desk and also the breakfast area are superb. They are so cheerful you can see they just want to be at work and help any patrons with their needs. A credit to them all...

We stayed here 7-14 November 2013 and could not fault a thing.

Our room was a large size with the window on the back side of the hotel. It was overlooking roofs of other buildings, but who goes away to look out of their bedroom window anyway. Your always out seeing the sites. But the window does have an electrical shutter, so this totally blocks out any light what so ever. Very good. The bathroom was a good size and had a separate toilet. Nice. A very comfy bed and pillows aided in a good sleep. And a large screen TV enabled us to wind down before sleeping.

The hotel has a reasonably small lift, so thats good, as not all hotels in Europe have lifts. In the loby area they have a computer that patrons can use to browse the internet or print tickets. But all rooms have wifi.

Just around the corner from the hotel, so only a couple minutes walk, is the well known Rue Cler. A great little strip of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, florists, etc. So you have plenty of choice to eat in close proximity.

When I return to Paris in the future, on our next holiday, the Hotel Relais Bosquet will be my first choice to stay again... :-)

Room Tip: Room #62 large, quiet, back of hotel. Own toilet and bathroom with shower/bath.

We learnt about this hotel in Tripadvisor and reservied it because of the corresponding reviews in Tripadvisor and Booking.com. We were extremely happy with the choice! For those who stay in this hotel we would not recommend to have breakfasts there first, because in our opinion they do not worth the money, and second, because there are a lot of other different options in the close surrounding. We would also recommend to order a dinner in Restaurant Mariette on rue Bosquet.

Room Tip: The room we stayed was very small but this did not disappoint us since we were prepared to this. To...

We first stayed at the Relais Bosquet in 2012 and when we started planning our 2913 trip, my husband requested that we stay here again, which was just fine with me. The location is perfect -- near the metro and bus lines, close to Rue Cler and other wonderful shops and restaurants. (Some say the 7th is too quiet; we prefer it that way.) But it's the staff who truly make the hotel welcoming. With one or two exceptions, the employees were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are a reasonable size for Paris, and ours had a view of the Eiffel Tower and it's twinkling lights.

There's no doubt that we will stay at the Relais Bosquet again on future trips to Paris.

I found this hotel through Rick Steve's guide to Paris. I was very pleased with the location as it is in a pedestrian area where you can walk out and sample the local food through the cheese shops, charcuteries, bakeries and wine stores. It is in a quiet area of Paris, that is reflective of Parisian life, with the small restaurants, market and boutiques. It is in the 7th Arrondissement, a five minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. You are also close to the Metro and a bus line that can take you out to the famous Pere Lachaise Cemetery. It is in a great location to explore the rest of the city and offers a great respite at the end of the day. Every morning, there is a fresh breakfast with croissants, bread, jams, juices, and coffee. The rooms are quite small, typical of Paris and the bathrooms have no fan so a shower can steam up the bedroom, but otherwise the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Room Tip: Room at the back of the hotel was quiet. Value season begins in November when prices drop.
