“Practically Perfect In Every Way”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

Just left the HRB, after a lovely three night stay. My first time in Paris and we booked on recommendation by a friend. Upon arrival my husband sputtered "this place is in the middle of everything! Did you know that?". Well, okay, yes I did check the map and noted that we would be in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Seine, major parks, etc. What I didn't know was that the hotel was within stumbling distance of rue Cler, the most fabulous street market ever.

First-the hotel front desk staff couldn't be kinder or more welcoming. Housekeeping staff was just fine, and if there was something overlooked, corrected it immediately. We were told that if we were missing anything or needed anything to help ourselves to the kitchen area for utensils and the like.

We ended up spending less money than we planned - to start the hotel breakfast is not to be missed. I am forever spoiled, the coffee, croissants, marmalade. I never got around to the pancakes or a few of the varieties of cheeses. After the huge breakfast you can wait until after the lunch crowd scatters for a larger mid-day meal on rue Cler. For dinner we would grab a loaf of bread, some cheese, wine, ham, eclairs...and feast in our room.

Oh yes, although we did not pay the extra for a room on the 5th or 6th floor, we had a wonderful view of the Eiffel tower from our 3rd floor street side room. Don't worry about the noise- the windows really reduce the street noise and you can always bring ear plugs.

I could go on and on. Beds were very comfortable, the AC was unnecessary most nights- all in all this is a great hotel in an excellent location. We couldn't have been happier and are already talking about our next trip back!

Room Tip: Room 34 has a great view of the Eiffel Tower!

An excellent hotel. This hotel came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. We loved our room, the breakfast, the helpful staff, and great location. Proximity to the Metro, Eiffel tower plus the Rodin & War Museums made it easy to get around Paris. We love the Rue Cler neighborhood especially Cafe de Marche where we spent lots of time. The staff was very helpful in recommending local restaurants as well as advice on navigating Paris. Would love to go back tomorrow!

Just got back from 2 week European vacation with a 3 night stay at the Relais Bosquet. We chose this hotel after reading Trip Advisor and Rick Steves and we were not disappointed. Traveling with 3 people can sometimes be difficult to find a room that can accommodate easily....the room was small, but even with the added bed it was very adequate. We were in a room that faced the front street and with the room darkening shades down it totally blocks any street noise. Be sure and like on Facebook and follow directions for booking a room for 3. If you like and book through Facebook you also receive the very nice breakfast free. We were greeted each morning by a delightful smiling young woman and had the best croissants I had ever had. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and always welcoming each time you pass through the lobby.
The location can't be beat.....very safe to walk around. So nice to have the Rue Cler right down the street and a late evening few minute stroll to the Eiffel Tower to watch the sunset or see the twinkling lights is just a few minutes away.
Everyone working speaks very good English....good thing because the clientele seems to be all Americans.
We would definitely return to this wonderful gem of hotel.

We stayed in this hotel two years ago and loved it. We were hoping that everything would be just as wonderful this time. We need not have worried. The room was just as nice, the hotel staff from the housekeeper to the front desk could not have been more helpful, and of course the location is perfect. I don't need to repeat everything others have said so I won't. Just if you need a nice reasonably priced hotel in Paris, this is it. And the walk to Rue Cler every evening to get wine, bread and cheese for dinner is just great.

Room Tip: Both trips to this hotel we had a room on the third floor overlooking the little courtyard. Very qui...

An excellent hotel! The location is is minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the staff were fantastic! The nearest Vélib bike station was just around the corner so traveling around was really easy (Free for the 1st 30min)! The room was gorgeous and the blackout blinds made sleeping incredibly easy! I would defiantly stay here again. They helped me book tickets the best way in advanced and I got them delivered to the hotel so my stay started off the best possible way even before I arrived! They really deserve the full marks I have given!

For the first time in Paris I didn't feel fooled by the prices. This really nice boutique hotel in the 7th arrondisement made us regain our confidence in the service sector in Paris. The people are truly helpful and welcoming, always with a smile and a solution for every need we had.
The room was cozy, really clean, spacious and comfortable, such a discovery in Paris! Breakfast was really good in a charming dinning room.
The best part was the location (just between the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides) in a nice and quite neighborhood with lots of restaurants and walking distance for many attractions. We just loved this hotel and definitely we will go back everytime we are in Paris.

We recently spend 5 days in Paris at the end of a vacation to Germany, Switzerland, and France. It was a great way to cap off our trip.

Our room was small, but comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The things that make this hotel are its charm and location. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower, and a good base for exploring Paris. We walked a lot, but there are metro stops nearby as well, which makes exploring the magic city of Paris all that more easy.

There are many outstanding, small, local restaurants nearby. I'll write separate reviews of a few of them, but I'll leave a few recommendations here to make it easy for readers. If you enjoy duck, Au Petit Sud Ouest is a must. Restaurant Mariette, Le Petit Troque, La Billbaude, and 7eme Vin (no particular order) are all charming restaurants with outstanding food, and (of course) great wine.

My wife did have one major complaint. The hair dryer supplied by the hotel required her to hold a trigger to make it work. She cussed it every day and complained of cramps in her fingers.
