We had two adjoining rooms for our family of 4 which was just right(room 3 is handicap accessible so the shower is open so we didn't use it, we used the shower in our other room which was wonderful when coming home all hot and sweaty from the day of sightseeing). The staff are very nice/helpful/friendly giving good directions and good conversation. Centrally located: the subway, restaurants/cafes (we recommend Cafe Lateral) and the Arc de Triomph are all in walking distance, with a small incline, to the right of the hotel and to the left, and a stones throw away, is the best little bakery. Morning breakfast smelled wonderful with many pastries, crepes, eggs, fruit, bread and the like. The decor was romantic-renaissance meets modern-lounge; to me a little quirky-but that made it unique and memorable. The lobby and rooms were clean, the hallway seems a little scuffed from luggage. The only thing odd was that
the room safe was transportable-not fixed. This hotel and it's staff made our short stay one we are sure not to forget!
