Excellent location just a short walk from Gare du Nord. Easy to get around, Metro stop just outside hotel. Comfortable bed and good facilities in the hotel lobby, with nice design and hot drinks, plus other beverages. Staff very helpful and friendly.More

I just want to say this hotel is amazing. The location is perfect (especially if you take the Eurostar) and the room was clean and fancy. Staff members are very kind and quite good at english. Many hotels in Paris are too expensive even though their quality is not that good(Sometimes terrible). But it was my first experience that I just can say 'satisfied' with hotel in Paris. I will definitely stay again.

We had a couple hours to kill before checkin, staff took our luggage. We saw/did so much in a half mile radius of the hotel! It was great, flower shop around the corner, grocery store 3 min walk, greatttt cafe with super friendly staff 3 min walk, amazing bakery a block away, so much food within a 3 block radius! loved the location so much.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel. Close to the metro and walking distance to the Louvre. Staff very friendly and helpful, we'd certainly return. The breakfast was very plentiful and the rooms, although small, certainly fine for a short break

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, when arriving we had an issue with our room not having a bath which we thought we were going to get, however they quickly helped us and moved us into a room with a bath which was perfect. The room was lovely and clean, and the perfect size. The hot chocolate machine and muffins downstairs were amazing to grab on the way out in the morning or when we'd come back in from a long day of sightseeing. The staff even helped us as this was our first trip to Paris, and got out a map for us and circled areas that they recommended us to visit and even helped us plan routes around the attractions as we were keen to walk to majority of places. The hotel itself was very modern and the decor was fabulous. Will definitely be returning here, and recommending to family and friends. Was a little bit pricey, however worth the money for the experience, rooms and helpfulness of the staff. If you are considering it, book it! You won't be disappointed.

My sisters and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and conveniently located for us to wander around and explore. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very clean and quiet.
