Nice looking hotel. Good central location. Clean room with good utilities. I got an upgrade to a junior suite which was very nice. Had some noise disturbance during the night because of a club next to the hotel, so be sure to check your room location or ask front desk to take into account there could be noise disturbance. Very friendly staff,

So close to all the sites you want to see while in Paris. We stayed 3 nights at the start of a River Cruise, the staff was super helpful, the room was clean, large, we loved that it had a balcony with table and chairs for us to sit our to look down on the street traffic and pedestrians.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the front of the hotel that has a balcony to sit on.

I stayed there only 1 night, but it was very comfortable stay - large room, large and bright bathroom, large and very comfortable bed, breakfast - big choice and tasty, love such breakfasts :) , and delicious dinner.... my room didn't had a balcony but some rooms have and from upper stairs view is better. nearby is kinda night club and upon opening the window could hear people talking outside, a little bit noisy but not much distarbing. check-in/out fomalities were quick, stuff - friendly, smily - thanks them a lot for the hospitality!!!

On arrival I was greeted with a line up for the nightclub next door and unfortunately was next door in a room facing the street. No hangers in my wardrobe for a business trip. Unfriendly staff. The icing on the cake for negative experiences was to be told use of the club med gym nearby was €26 per day! Won't be back.

We stay at the hotel on Dec 28 to Jan 1, 2013. We ask the consierge to help us to buy train ticket to Dusseldorf, Germany, but the consierge asked us to go to station by ourself, which infact we have already gave our credit card. He asked us to pay cash, and go get the ticket by our self. unfortunately there is Mr Karim who help us and ask his bellboy to buy for us, even we have to pay taxi for him. But the other consierge must go for a training to learn what is service, especially for a stranger like us who only visit Paris for the first time. Thank you Mr Karim, you should train every one in Consierge about hospitality services in the hotel business. Thanks
